We stayed 4 days and everything was great until our last night there roaches started crawling from everywhere. Other than that was a great experience

This was a business location. While the staff were very friendly, the property was run down, and the halls smelled heavily like cigarette smoke. While in the room, the constant thumping of the people upstairs was annoying. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, the pillows were thin and lackluster, providing no support whatsoever. The TV system was confusing and hard to work, instructions were lacking.

My room was filthy with hair in the tub and sink and body scum and toilet tree residue. I was told that there were no other rooms available, and I had to spend the night in these conditions.

Garbage everywhere outside. Took my dog to go to bathroom at 4 in morning. Doors were unlocked. Never again!

The property is not well maintained. It looked dirty, and I found lots of hair on the bathroom sink countertop. The hotel does not have bottled water neither to give their customer for free nor to buy. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear all noises around throughout the night. My room was on the first floor, close to the reception desk, and the entire night the reception desk was operating, receiving calls, talking, cleaning - no sleep for me for the night.

It was OK...just visited Charlotte to meet up with a few friends for the weekend...served its purpose overall.
The most annoying thing about my stay was the issue with the doors. The front desk agent stated that a work order has been created, but who knows...sometimes, that excuse is used to throw the customer off. The exterior side doors have an "issue" where you cannot get in, but exit only. So, every time you leave the building, you have to go through the front entrance to get back in.
Won't be returning...not to mentioned the other clientele staying there. It is slowly taking on a Section 8 vibe and may eventually be sold by Extended Stay America just like the property on Yorkmont Road.

80 yr old woman with dementia ended up at the front desk from a Wal-Mart parking lot disheveled. Men sitting on the grass across the entry all times of the day. It was tacky. If they were waiting to work, let them wait inside.
