The hotel on the first floor had a smell of urine. After we checked in, went out, and came back at night, the room had several cockroaches. There was no staff available to talk to, tried calling the local number again no answer, then tried calling customer relations for Extended Stay but they are not open on the weekends. There were several people loitering in the parking lot as well. Yes, I took pictures of the cockroach but will spare you from posting them.

As I walked in to the hotel, the gentlemen seated behind the desk wasn't friendly. He was rude. Once I walked past the front door to the elevators, it smelled like pet urine. It was hard to take in. As my son and I got off the elevator, I can't even describe the smell, it was so bad! The room had pant splatter in random spots, the room smelled, there was pubic hair on the toilet-it was just disgusting!

This was the worst experience in 40 years of travel. Arrived at property after 10p and the parking lot was full of people hanging around cars. Felt unsafe from the start. We had to call from lobby phone to get someone to come and check in. Clerk arrived 15 minutes later, disheveled and extremely rude. The entire property smelled awful. The room was gross and filthy. The toilet had not been cleaned and had black mold growing in it. The walls were disgusting and had dark splatter all over them. The smell was a nauseating mix of urine, feces, body odor and cigarettes. We had no choice but to stay the one night. The next morning, it was worse when in the daylight we could actually see just how nasty the room was. Roaches were present, both dead and alive. We packed up and left with one night remaining. The most disgusting hotel we have ever seen. DO NOT STAY HERE regardless of the rate. It should be condemned.

I got to the hotel to check in and was refused service, the desk clerk was rude and refused to let me check in and then threatened me if I didn't leave the hotel premises. I will never book at this hotel again. After being refused service I was still charged for the room for 2 nights.

I arrived around 12:30 to the lobby being closed and a gate on the window. I had to call an automated number which rang some phone in the office but couldn’t get anyone to come check me in until I waited on hold long enough to get the over the phone help to call the attendant directly then had to wait awhile for them to show up. I’ve never had a check in experience make me feel like the hotel didn’t want me there until this visit. The room wasn’t super dirty but it was far from “clean” as well. The next morning I was woken up to the front desk clerk knocking on my door to remind me of check out which was very annoying and frustrating.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The phone did not have a cord. How would I call for help. The office was closed 10pm to 10am. People were fighting all night. Never ever again

This is an extended stay style property, but the clientele here are not the traveling professional that needs a hotel for a few weeks. Think “I just got out of jail or rehab and I need a place until I can get on my feet”. Check in clerk was noticeably high. Room was generally clean but in disrepair (bathroom door wouldn’t shut, shower surround peeling off wall, etc). Several residents just hanging out in the parking lot smoking and purchasing goods and services. Most of the cars in the parking lot were full of belongings. Obviously serving a purpose for some, but I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

The smell in the hallways made me gag. Thankfully my room was not that way. Everything was dirty & the bright spotlights from the hotel next door made it impossible to have the room dark at night for sleeping. Not that you could sleep on the very hard, springy mattress. I would not have elected the extended stay but other hotels were booked so I was left with this option. I had immediate regrets & will never stay at an extended stay again.

I should’ve taken previous feedback about this hotel more seriously. There were multiple comments about cockroaches that I chose to ignore until I experienced it my self on day one. I tried to call the office as soon as I noticed them in the bathroom only to find out that the phone doesn’t work. I called front desk from my cell since I was on the third floor, Lauren apologized but she said there in nothing that can be done to spray since it’s the weekend. You have to ask for toilet paper and towels- no soap. I guarantee that that particular room has not been cleaned up since I walked on the floor and the shoes were sticking to the ground from all the grease residue from cooking, behind the bathroom door was filthy, sink not clean and both bed were squeaky jut to sit on them. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in any hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it, please seriously consider the feedback left. I haven’t even mentioned the people outside in the parking lot sitting in their cars, area is not safe either.

This is not a hotel you want to book in advance or to stay at for a football game or visit to your college student. Our room was dirty to the point that we did not use the shower or walk barefoot. There was a constantly barking dog. The smells were bad. This is the place you stay when there are no other options.

We have stayed in Extended stay places before but this was the bottom. A Kitchen but not a glass, plate, fork or anything. No ice machine, smelled like marjiauna in the hallway and no counter space in the bathroom. My wife commented that it it seemed they were going for the absolute cheapest everything from the plastic chairs to sit in to the TV that did not respond to the remote. They also gouged the price because it was a football weekend at over an additional $85 a night over the normal weekend rate. ALL of that we would have made the best of without complaint but when we walked across the “hard wood” floors in our sock feet, the floor was nasty. I can take a lot of things in a hotel but being dirty is not one. I will tell anyone that will listen your place is a solid NO!
