It is an extended stay facility and it is utilized as such

Toilet wouldn't flush. Room was 86 degrees

Well it says its a pet friendly hotel yet they have the live in help who has been attacked by a dog and doesnt like them. I got throwed out on christmas vacation trip already paid for week so i didnt get to stay with my boyfriend while he was here. Almost ruint my christmas. I truly hope she learns not to blame all dogs for one dogs mistake. My dog is very well trained and well mannered. So if you have pets i wouldnt stay there.

Property was decent. Outside was maintained well. Took over ten minutes to get someone to come to the front desk for check-in. There was no breakfast as advertised in my reservations. Every floor overly smelled of cooking spices. No one was at the desk overnight and not until 1000 am the next morning.

Smelt like cigarettes staff never at front desk

On line said breakfast - was not even coffee. Nothing in the room - no coffee pot, tissue, lamps etc. No one in office until we called on the service phone and then still had to wait. Also said pool but ??? It was (OK) but would not stay again.

Kind of dilapidated really. Definately gets heavy use. Took me ½ to check in late as no one was available.

Dirty bathtub, no shower curtain, light bulbs missing in bathroom. Overall very unclean and dissatisfied

Surprised to not find any dishes/silverware in rooms. Too few towels. No hairdryer (when's the last time you heard this?). No other amenities available.

I was excited to book this hotel for my son and his best friend traveling to Wichita to attend Shocker Day at WSU tomorrow. This was their first time traveling solo and the hotel's proximity to the college was comforting to us parents. I called to confirm payment was processed thru Expedia and found it was just secured, not paid. The front desk clerk was very helpful guiding me to your website to process payment. And luckily she mentioned that soap and shampoo is not provided at the hotel....I had no idea and that is absolutely something that should be advertised because travellers don't need to be scrambling to find after a long day! On the Expedia website, shampoo and soap listed as provided. I selected a non smoking suite with double beds. This isn't just a preference but my son had complex health conditions (Crohn's Disease, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Asthma and Migraines) and when checking in, they were told only smoking rooms available. If I had known he'd be trapped in a smoke infested room at the end of a long at a high school track meet and 3 hour drive I would not have booked at your hotel. Tonight is a disappointment for my son's first solo travel experience...Your corporate policy prohibits me from cancelling my reservation but allows you to "bait and switch" a smoker room and not honor the reservation as was marketed to me for purchase. I respectfully request a credit toward my purchase, as we are not receiving the room stay we purchased.

They charged me for the room said Expedia money wasn't there.

The room had dead bugs in the drawers and the bath tub was yellow. My blinds wouldn’t close because they were warped so they wouldn’t close.

Property was old but not too dirty. There is never anyone at the front des. Their front desk doesn’t open till ten am like what kind of hotel opens at 10 am.

Basic accommodations, very basic. Nice little kitchenette. NO coffee maker in the room😡. If you’re moving in for a while, it would be ok. First time I’ve stay at one. I prefer better, I won’t be back.

Not designed for confort or convenience. Simply CHEAP. There is a full fridge w/freezer but no ice or ice trays. 2 burner stove but NO dishes, pans or even plactic ware. Sink handle fell off in my hand and tub did not drain proberly. GFCI switch broken. No iron or hair dryer. No tiny shampoo/conditioner. No vanity just a sink hung on wall. Bed was cheap full size mattress on platform bedframe that they called a double. Floors were vinyl and needed to be scrubbed. Asked if I could check in 1 hour early and was told no. Due to my schedule i would not be able to be back until 11:30 pm. At this time no one at desk to check me in and I had to call the office and wait while they located someone.

That is very dirty nasty and bad bad service I couldn’t sleep tonight I am room is dirty contacts I have to wait two hours for somebody come open the door and give us a key it’s terrible terrible hard to find parking very bad hotel I never been to the Desh Bandhu hotel on my life
