Location was great. Room was clean. Hotel is a bit dated but bed was nice and room was clean.

I liked everything except there was not someone at the desk 24/7 but other than that it was great and we will definitely come back

Room was nice since it did have a clean bed, I could tell it hadn't been vacuum and I found some kind of bug (Im not an expert but if I had to guess I would say a bed bug) I have a picture, bed was super clean my 3 nights beside that bug in the bathroom. Staff likes to prop side doors open with wood chips and smoke cigarettes, I left about 3 times a day and every time there was a housekeeper or some man outside smoking right by my car or by the exit! Before I left I told the lady outside smoking how inconsiderate she is :) besides being locked out of my room because front desk put me checking out a day prior I had privacy and a warm place to stay with my dog.

We had a large clean room. Not fancy but in pretty good shape. The recliner tiltback mechanism was broke and there was no glass plate for the turn table in microwave. But for the money is was a good value.

Check in was quick and easy, unfortunately at 11:30pm the fire alarm went off causing myself and husband to jump up grab our things and rush to our car only to be told from a gentleman outside, oh this happened the other day some guy pulled the alarm…. What?!? Fire department came cleared the alarm and two guys went to jail. Unbelievable. So two hours later we were back trying to go to sleep. Which isn’t easy for me.

Conveniently located close to highway and shopping. Very friendly staff. Good price too.

Hotel needs maintenance on a lot of little things. The door to the room 217 had to be pulled toward you to get it open. The elevator sounds like it could grind to a halt at any moment. The water faucet in the tub was so tight (to keep it from dripping) that I couldnt hardly turn it on or off. There was no hair dryer available when I requested one (even though its advertised as such online). The card reader on the main lobby door was broken for after-hour entry, so I had to walk around the building to find another entrance. I am 62 years old and have major heart issues. I was scared at midnight to walk around the building for safety and medical reasons. After being at the hospital with my very sick husband for 10 days, all I really wanted was a shower, a bed for 1 night to sleep in, and the ability to dry my hair before going back to the hospital, but I got many added steps back the the front desk to ask why my door wouldn't open, needing a pair of pliers nearly to turn the faucet on, no hair dryer to dry my hair, and even more steps around the building at midnight to get in the building. Although I appreciated the price of $62, it could've been a much better stay with just a little maintenance.

The room I stayed in was appropriately priced for what I got. I saw no sign of insect issues and everything appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and we had no problems with noise from the hallway or from other rooms.

There were a few things that needed updated in the room, but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly

Suited my needs well.

Clean & roomy. Very basic without extras. Fairly quiet and easy to find.

Room 224 had a fridge that didn’t work and only one lamp that worked. Was moved to 220 and one table was missing a lamp and two of the three other lamps did not work.
