Upon entering the elevator, after check in, we noticed an off put smell but nothing horrendous. We arrived at the fourth floor. Stepping off the elevator and headed through the hallway, we noticed the floors were horribly stained and definitely not vacuumed recently. We opened our room to find the floors dirty, soap scum on the shower doors and shower handles, the lamp shade was horribly stained, the room phone did not work at all, and the side table barely hanging on the wall. Conditions could definitely have been worse but to pay $160 a night and a $100 deposit, it was disappointing.

The front desk staff was professional (Diane), and kind, however the chair in the room needs to be replaced, the vinyl is peeling off everywhere. The carpet is disgusting and filthy. It make the entire floor smell.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the room and service. Booked a room for two people but the room was missing a chair. The room did not look like the picture at all. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the fridge looked worn down, and the wall paint was chipping off. When I raised some concern the front desk personnel did not seem to care. Didn’t even bother staying. Went and booked at another place.

The staff was friendly and responsive. I wanted to see if they had early check in . I had been calling for about 2 hours. Once we arrived come to find out a guest was using he phone so they were unable to get any calls. We came back at 3 . Once checked in we found the cleanliness and conditions were not what I expected especially for the cost . Outside trash over flowing , hallways smell awful and carpets very dirty , flooring missing in bathroom, whole in the bathroom door, bathroom shower grime and build up shower doors, security lock broken / missing pieces inside the main room door . We ended up switching rooms when the toilet seat fell off . We made it work but issues in both rooms deciding nothing more could be done but I hope staff can have the resources to have a more inviting space for guests

I absolutely wish there was a zero-star rating option because this was the worst run-down hotel I've ever encountered, and it was outrageously overpriced. I have documented the filth and poor conditions of both the room and hallways with photos. With limited options for USF graduation, we should have chosen to sleep in our car instead. Charging $150 for a room in a hotel that should be condemned is entirely unacceptable.

I will never book a hotel through you again. The staff was OK. The hall carpets were more stains than carpet. Entering my room I found a pill lying on the bathroom floor and a peanut lying on the shelf next to the TV set. An effort had been made to upgrade the room with the usual plastic inserts. In the bathroom: an old bar of soap was on the top of the plastic insert and above the top was mildew -- The faucet had old soap scum and toothpaste remnants. If you work or read at the desk, all the lights go out every 15 minutes and you need to move around to get them back on. (I figured this out after the 2nd time.)
They insisted on a $100 security deposit (I couldn't do any $100 more damage to this place if I tried). I still don't have my $100 back!!!!
I could go on and on but you should get the clue that I believe you do not vet your hotels so I'll never use you again for hotels!

They canceled my reservation! Charged me 3x the amount to stay! Bugs in the fridge. Cockroaches on the bed. Fridge didn’t work. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Sheets were stained and when asked for replacements they said there was none.

Our room smelled like mold and humidity. Our room was moist and sticky. Found 2 roaches in our room. Lamp was really stained with i dont even know what. Carpets in the hallway disgusting and stained.
