Filthy rooms, broken furniture, unsanitary bathrooms.

Not well kept, a lot of messes in the bathroom, hallway.

Room and bathroom were fairly clean, everything was well used or had some damage but was mostly clean. The bed sheets had not been changed, evidenced by the hair left behind on the sheets. The pricepoint was reflected by the quality and it was the only reason I didnt demand a refund.

The place is definitely a rat trap, dirty, neglected, without lighting and they even crashed my car in their parking lot, I really do them a huge favor by leaving this review and not falling into this supposed suit

The employees that work there are so cute and adorable and sweet and helped me with all my needs when booking

Bed had bedbugs. Roaches everywhere. Overall had a terrible feel.

Trash still in the room, broken lights, broken faucet, cabinets were damaged, sofa bed had not been cleaned, the entire place smelled like smoke and lots of cockroaches.

Maintenance and housekeeping could be improved quite significantly.

The place and the room stunk. There was also holes in the ceilings and in the walls. Roach traps on the ground and toilet paper stuffed in smaller holes in the room.

This building should be knocked down. I truly have no idea how it’s still standing. The room was so worn down. The bathroom was disgusting, layers on layers of black mold, tub was chipped. The carpet, bed and sheets had stains all over, tears and burn marks. The kitchenette was old, run down. The fridge was surprisingly clean. But it was so bad we quickly left and did not stay the night.

The pictures of the room on the website are deceptive. We were told we were getting an upgrade to the room. However, if the room was an upgrade it was horrible. There was no sofa in the room, just a bench and seat. There was a Hostess rack in the room for some unknown reason. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. There were roaches on the walls and in the shower tub. Not sure how old this hotel is but nothing looked upgraded. The carpet and furniture looked original and in bad shape. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in the Austin area and this by far was the worst. The overall upkeep in the hotel is terrible. Leaks in the ceilings. Elevator does not work. Lights in the hallways don't work. The property appears to be badly managed and no breakfast served in the morning. But to be honest if the rooms being in the shape they were did not make me feel breakfast would be any better. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel no matter the cost.

I stay here everytime and I haven't had any problems.

Toilet didn't flush when arrived. Flooring peeling up in bathroom. Carpet felt gross Shower dripped constantly.

I should have seen the reviews before staying here. I just wonder how the company/management even rent this hotel. It is completely nasty! Won't ever stay here again. MOLD, COCKROACHES, HAIRS, HOLES, NO SMOKE DETECTERS, STAINS ON SHEETS, FUNKY SMELL, NASTY MICROWAVE, FRIDGE. YOU NAME IT! Can't even believe house keeping doesn't say anything or they are just as dirty as the management! I hope people see this review and will stay away from this hotel! - 10/17/2024

Infested with roaches

It was so dirty and nasty never again

Soooo many roaches in the rooms. Drug dealers outside the hotel.
