We have stayed here many times when we are in the area. It is always clean and the check in and out were both quick and courteous. The area offers easy access to restaurants and it is close to the interstate. This is our go to hotel in this area.

The staff at Extended Stay is so welcoming and kind. Circumstances have dictated that I have needed to stay in a hotel for several months. Most of that time I’ve been in a Hilton Hotel because of honors program. Frankly, the staff here has been more pleasant and helpful than any of the Hilton properties. This will be “home” for me until I’m back in my permanent residence.

Hotel had a no smoking policy except weed and cigarettes but other than that. Rooms definitely had a legacy smell of tobacco. And hotel appeared to be a halfway house for others in addition to being a hotel.

If you don’t know, it seems that most extended stays are apparently transitional housing for people who don’t have. I put my family up for two nights. They couldn’t stay the 2nd night. The place is filthy and the other people there made the place feel unsafe. It was so bad my family slept on my couch and floor the remainder of the trip and wasted $500 between the 2 rooms. Now you know!

I chose "the extended stay" to save money by cooking my own meals. Unfortunately when i brought in our groceries after checking, we saw all the cupbords were bare. We went to the front only to find out they have minimal dishes and only sauce pans. How do you cook pasta in a sauce pan? So much for cooking dinner. There wasn.t a breakfast either, instant oatmeal and a package muffin isn.t breakfast. The AC in the room wasn.t keeping up. The room was very clammy. Very dissapointed.

We didn't stay. We checked in, went to our room and it was horrible. The smell of some sought of chemical cleaner was overwhelming. We couldn't even stay in the room. When we went back down and asked to be reinbursed (we were there less that 5 minutes) we were told we couldn't have it! My husband's throat literally began to burn. there was not way we could stay. We left an lost the money. We were lucky there were hotels nearby that we were able to stay at.
