Nice hotel very friendly staff

It was noisy on the floors and the Hallways reeked of some kind of ethnic food. Room Service Dishes were left out in the halls for the duration of our stay. We walked past them when we checked in and walked past them upon chi Our room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to check in. It appears that this location has management issues. We were advised by an acquaintance that this place wasn’t the place to stay in town. It would have been nice to have had that conversation prior to booking. But you live and learn.

This property is conveniently located off of I95 5 miles north of I 90. Multiple restaurants in the area to meet all dining choices and budgets. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Great choice for overnight or longer stays

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never stay in one of these again.

Odd smell, felt old and in need of updates

Bathroom exhaust fan and AC/Heater was too noisy.

Staff were nice and polite. No issues with check in or out. Patriots was respectful. Not sure if all rooms were like mine but I found prior used towels in the bathroom room. The room had an order. The show/tub was unclean. The bed sheets had grit on it and the mattress cover was filty. The floor was a little dirty as my white socks turnt black. Other than that no issues.

It took 35 minutes to check out, the lady at the front desk sat outside on her cell phone while myself and 4 other people waited by the front desk. I called the extension on the phone 6 times to ask for assistance but there was no answer. When she came in she pointed the sign saying to call the given extension at me (insinuating I didn’t read said sign) and gave me a disgusting look as if I was stupid. Extremely rude and seemed as if she was distraught she had to do her job at 11am. Furthermore, there was moldy Domino’s pizza left in the fridge upon check in. The shower drain was broken and there was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The door handle on the side entrance fell off multiple times during my stay. There were also dirty tissues/napkins in the nightstand drawer. Completely disgusting hotel with even worse, unprofessional customer service. Stay away from this place if possible.

Go anywhere else but there. Lowest price in the market….for good reason!

My boyfriend like to stay here when we go to Boston but it seemed like any question my boyfriend asked the staff no one knew anything around or could tell us very much. They just told us to google everything.

The room wasn't cleaned, appliances were damaged or broken, and service wasn't receptive to our requests for refund. Neither was Expedia. I will not book with Expedia again based on this experience.

We stayed there twice (the second time was an accident - we didn’t remember we had been there before and didn’t like it). The hallways smelled awful, and to make it worse was the air freshener used to mask the odor. We had three roaches in our room, an outlet that didn’t work, and the shower temperature was luke warm, ar best. A kitchenette is provided but no utensils, cups, dishes, etc. to make the kitchen functional. The breakfast included in the morning is misleading…nutrigrain bars, packaged muffins (like what you’d get in a vending machine), and coffee without milk or cream (they had sweetened creamer concentrate). No fruit, cereal, juice, or even water. It’s a snack at best, not breakfast. The front desk staff did their job, but they were not friendly. They appeared to be inconvenienced when called upon, and not concerned about how I was enjoying my stay with them. We won’t be going back.

The room was in need of serious repair. Broken drawer, moldy and broken tub, baseboard in the bathroom rotting, shower was cold and dripped constantly, mattress was stiff and sheets were thin and scratchy. Honestly, one of the worst stays I’ve had in a very long time.

The cleanliness is below average. There was a smoky smell in the room

It was advertised as having breakfast, but there were only a few items in packages, with limited healthy items. The room was kind of noisy (with people above us walking or thumping on the floor).

Bed was vry comfortable, properly rundown betty much, but clean, breakfast very basic just grab and go. Good for one or two nights stay max. Needs remodeling and improvement. Staff very nice and professional

It's been too expensive

Great staff and great location. Could be a little cleaner, but it was acceptable.
