We loved the kitchen! And the area was close to everything but far enough away at the same time! I just wish the beds didn’t move every time we sat on one.

The room was nice and clean, though the baseboards looked like they needed to be finished. Although the property is listed as being fully smoke-free, there was a strong marijuana smell in and around the elevator.

There was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. Staff was friendly and gave me plenty of dishes. Hotel is quite dated and in process of being renovated. Trim on countertop was peeling off. Like other Extended Stay I was at recently, limited vending options. Next time I will spend the extra $10-$20 per night to stay in better hotel.

The entire hotel is filthy. I stayed on the second floor and they’re redoing the flooring. There’s dirt and dust everywhere outside my room. Inside the place is was not cleaned properly. Dust everywhere and much damage already to the room. I checked out one day earlier because I couldn’t take it anymore.

This is the first time I received a room where it smelled clean once you entered but the floor was sticky all throughout. I dropped something being the night stand and had to move it to get my item. Upon moving the night stand I noticed Doritos and a hair ball which suggests that housekeeping is not moving furniture and sweeping/mopping those areas. Overall my stay was fine. It's a safe area. I'm a member of the gym across the street from the property and originally from Shaker Hts so I can easily get home from there when necessary.

We arrived around 5ish. The night clerk said she called me 30 minutes prior to tell us there were no rooms available. My family was in route so we didn't get the message. She cancelled my Expedia reservation and when I pointed out that there were 4 hotels within 5 minutes she magically came up with a room. We should have gone to another hotel. There was blood on the sheets on one beds. The "breakfast" was a to go breakfast. Nutrigrain bars and muffins and instant oatmeal. I would not stay there again. The staff was very rude.

This was first time staying here . When I got to my room ,the room was dirty ,plus pillows had no pillowcase . Bathroom was filthy . The front desk staff have very bad attitudes. They need to be trained again .

Solid, cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. TV worked, fridge was cold, microwave was clean and functional, bathroom had everything needed and was clean, and the heat worked. What else can you ask for from a cheap hotel? Stayed one night while visiting the Christmas Story house. It served our needs. “Grab and Go Breakfast” was literally pre-packaged muffins, nature valley bars, and coffee. If you need more, look somewhere else.

I'm very very upset and I will not stay at this hotel again I didn't get really no sleep because the people on top of us was being loud and was making noise all night like stomping and it started at 12:40 kept going on so I called front desk at 2:09 and told them and he said he will go up there but it kept happening and happening I don't like to complain but when u have to drive two hours with no sleep not good so when I got home I slept all day. Not happy at all. And the entryway from the side and hallway smelt like trash it was good at all ..

I did not have high hopes for this property but I thought it’s only 1 night, we can get through it. Never again. Got there at 5. We were told our room was not ready and to come back in 40 minutes. We went to have dinner and came back at 6:20. Our room was still not ready. We had to change in my brothers room (his room was ready). We were in town for the Billy Joel concert. The room has a small kitchen so there are grease stains on a lot of the surfaces, including the door. Did not even go near the “breakfast” in the morning. My brother went to just get coffee and there was no milk for his coffee. When he asked the woman for milk she said I have no idea what you’re talking about. Did not feel safe here at all.
