We got the sleep we needed, but we never felt comfortable. The room and property felt grimy -- and the toilet didn't work properly (tank didn't refill on its own).

Staff very friendly and helpful. Reserved an accessible room Bathroom was well equipped but the bed was no more than 18 inches off the floor and was very uncomfortable. There had been a snow storm earlier in the week, parking lot was not plowed , just a driving lane handicap spaces were icy and sidewalk wasn’t cleared for days.

This hotel was dated. Our bed sat on a 6 inch bedframe making the total height of the bed about 18 inches. The shower was disgusting. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a joke. Your choice was a granola bar, packaged muffin or a cup of dry oats for you to add hot water to to all go along with coffee. No juice, water or milk. NEVER AGAIN!!

I only arrived at midnight and had to wait in the vestible prior to entering the lobby. Luckily someone let us in but then had yo wait for someone to actually check us in.

The room was nice, clean. The bathroom looked like it had been recently upgraded. It was great for a one night stay, but the elevator broke down at check in.
Served as exercise. 😊 I also appreciated that they had great movies to choose from on television. I would stay again!
