Roaches in the bathroom and eating area leftover food left in freezer from previous guests

Close to DFW shuttle service good although you have to ring to get picked up. Comfortable for a night stopover. Good price tag.

It’s a old hotel, very bad condition

Health hazard, they literally watered down the coffee mate which was of liquid water consistency. I’ve never seen that before from a CoffeMate large tube. I have a video of it. Cockroaches in bathroom and bathroom walls. Only oatmeal for breakfast with no spoons or hot water easily accessible. Hot water or spoons was not set up. They said they would put hot water in for the oatmeal but they did not. I had to get water in the back. They had to make coffee and that was not there when we came down at 8:30am. Note that this new ownership has taken on the name of Extended Stay which would explain the unacceptable safety standards and unsafe shortcuts they have taken.

Typical cheaply priced hotel. Room was tired, bathroom run down but to be expected. It works for a no frills place to sleep

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. My family and I had just flown back to the US from Brazil and we stayed in several types of places there, some nicer some not - but each was better than this. The night front-desk clerk came across as careless and rude, the hotel was smelly and very dated. One of the sofa beds didn't have sheets on it. Adjacent rooms don't connect to each other, FYI. Their breakfast is a coffee machine and a few oatmeal packets and hot water (which ran out, so it was lukewarm oatmeal for me), and muffins I'm told, but they were out. The morning front-desk person, to her credit, did try to help. I'm surprised it is still in business. They did have plenty of electrical outlets, which was nice, but that was the highlight of the experience. In the morning, we talked to a couple who had a very similar experience.

Waited over an hour for a shuttle that never showed, called the front desk over 30 times and they never answered, continental breakfast was coffee and a bag of little bites blueberry muffins. Elevator didn't work and front desk staff were rude and not helpful at all Would NOT recommend

Not great. A bit run down. There was leftover food in the fridge - really gross. When I called the front desk they said they had no housekeeping until the next day.

The attendants of the hotel were attentive & welcoming. I would say the rooms for the price weren’t bad at all but would always suggest getting an updated look. There was a lot of dust in my room.

There was trash outside of doors and was there for over 12 hours. Breakfast is grab and go which I was told by the front desk that it was muffins. They said it was served from 6-9. When we got down there at 815 there was nothing there or even a spot for it. They said they were out but when I questioned they suddenly had some behind the counter.

I will recommend this property for anyone on a budget that needs a kitchen.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness or the condition of the room and bathroom.

Upon arrival the Hotel smells of musky odor. The rooms are spacious, but could use some maintenance. Microwave vent, and light fixture did not work. Bathroom vent, and blow dryer also did not work. Room had an Iron (that worked thankfully) but no ironing board. Rooms looked as if they had not been vacuumed in some time. Housekeeping never came to refresh our room. The 3rd floor window has no bars or screen covering so if you have kids it could be quite dangerous. On the upside the hotel is very close to the DFW airport and provides a shuttle. With that said you’re definitely paying for location, and not the quality of the hotel.

This hotel needs to be updated. Although this is an Extended Stay, you have to request a “dishes package”. Also, I had to ask after several days for clean towels.

Staff does not engage with customers. Breakfast is minimal at best.

We waited 1 hour and 18 minutes for a shuttle. We called 18 times for it and they kept saying it would be there in 10 minutes. Our room smelled horrible!!! The whole place smelled like Indian food.

When I walked in I was not greeted or welcomed truly the attendant looked like he did not want to be there. My first day I found 2 dead German roaches and 1 live baby German roach. When I told them to please send pest control as I had an extended stay and wanted my room to be exterminated the front desk girl pulled out a notebook with a list of names and put mine on the bottom of the list. Never apologized for roaches, needless to say exterminator never came.The front desk people are either hiding in the mail room talking on the ohien or have their bare feet up on the counters unbothered to provide kindly service. When I asked for the bell hop cart, the man up front basically told me to go look for it and I had to walk around the hotel until I found it on the second floor. I would not stay here again. I would not recommend this place. I never gave the hotel attitude about the way they treated me during my stay, but I sure as heck will warn everyone I know. Do not stay here!
