No bed bugs. No bugs the whole 6 months I have stay here. The wash room is very nice and the washer machine is very clean 💯

When I first checked in the room smelled like cigarettes and there was hair in the tub
Also I wasn’t allowed to get extra towels and rags unless I was there for more than 14 days

One of our worst stays in a motel. You advertised we could ask for extra towels and a breakfast to go
Neither were available was told they didn’t do that never again
Room smelled. Bee had to delorderize it our selves

Refrigerator and stove looked like they were installed 50 years ago. Kitchen counter stained and chipped. Thankfully bed was comfortable and clean.

Hands down to ALL of front desk workers!! They're the best. Stay at extended for 6 months and NEVER a problem with anyone. Safe to take my daughter outside and play. If I had to choose extended stay again I will!!

Either Expedia or Hotel honest at the time you book- I book this hotel pass hours and both parties said nothing they can do to refund the money back . Even clearly both Expedia and extended said receptionist is close after 10:00pm.

Dirtiest room I ever stayed in. The soles of my kid’s white socks were black from the hardwood floor after 15 minutes in the room. Bugs live and dead were prevalent. Went to complain at the front desk but they had closed for the night at 10:00. Bathroom sink and tub were severely chipped, cracked, and discolored. Wish I could upload some pictures, but maybe it’s better that I can’t.

My wife felt very unsafe when she arrived.
There was not any staff present.
We had to track down a manager via multiple calls.
Upon checking the room smelled and was dirty.
She booked another hotel and didn’t stay at the property.
We were charged for 2 nights and so far orbitz and extended stay have not helped to get me a refund.
Shame on orbitz for making me deal directly with extended stay.
Shame on extended stay for making this process so difficult.
I would stay away from both of these companies.
