I ask for a printed receipt at checkout and the clerk stated he wasn’t able to give me one because I booked through Expedia.
On check in the first room they assigned was filthy. Second room they assigned was clean, but clerk gave me a coffee maker covered in a thick layer of grease, dust a dog hair.
Aside from these issues, once having gotten past them, the room I actually stayed in was fine. I was given an excuse concerning coffee maker, but clerk went to look for free coffee and a couple paper coffee cups for me which took roughly fifteen minutes after having to return with my gear. I washed the coffee maker with hot water and a small bar of soap and a face cloth and set it to dry for the morning and it looked like new again, so it was alright.
Thais was my experience.

THE BREAKFAST AREA IS TOO CONFINED IN
A SMALL SPACE. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR SOCIALIZATION. YOU HAVE TO STAY ALL THE TIME IN YOUR ROOM OR HANG OUT ON FRONT PORCH. FORTUNATELY THE WEATHER WAS GREAT DURING MY VISIT SO ONE COULD HANG OUT.
