The front desk attendant was great! Entrance is weird though. The patrons don’t know how to park. I barely moved my desk in my suite and found food under the wheel. It was only an almond. We didn’t use the ammenities. We only stayed long enough to get some sleep then to get on the road.

This hotel has false advertising. We booked so we could grab breakfast and then head out. When we got downstairs in morning were told no breakfast. The clerk was totally rude and unprofessional. No breakfast and terrible staff

Nice kitchen but absolutely nothing in it, not even a fork. My complaint was with the pillows being flat like teabags, and only 3 of them for two of us. Sad breakfast offerings and terrible coffee in the lobby with no cream. The lady at the front desk had a charming dog. The parking at the front was weird as there was only one entrance/exit and very limited spaces.

Front desk staff was too busy outside smoking to check us in. There was another guest also waiting. The service here has gone downhill. I used to stay here all the time and the staff was always so helpful and friendly. There are also guests who like to park on the lines taking up 2 spots. Rude! Just because you're from Texas and have a big truck, doesn't give you the right to park like that. Go back to Texas. I don't think I'll stay here again.

The bed was supper comfortable.
I like the little kitchen. I appreciate the flooring in the room - it's a clean and nice looking laminate flooring instead of carpeting. I have asthma and allergies - those carpets are terrible

All aspects were good except for the residents in the room next door. Possibly intoxicated, but the walls were not thick enough to provide a satisfactory nights sleep. This was no fault of the facility, just inconsiderate residents

Heard the train most of the night on both nights. Breakfast area only had coffee or tea, was stated to be between 6am -930am. We checked out at 630am and there was no one at the desk and we waited and tried the phone available to get someone but no one arrived

We have stayed at this location before. We had some issues the first time. We decided to give it another try, because it is the closest place to my sister’s place.
One of my biggest pet peeves is garbage,! I don’t understand why the garage cans were overflowing and cigarette butts all over the ground.the garbage was like that for 2 days. The cigarette butts stayed! I noticed that the staff sat around chatting with each other. As a business owner, I felt they should have been cleaning up the trash and cigarette butts out front of the entrance.

I visited Great Falls for the first time to perform alongside the symphony last week. Convenient because the downtown is there 2-3 minutes drive away. Hotel says there's a view of riverfront, however, you'd be seeing more of the parking lot (so just buy regular). It's non-smoking but you'd still smell some near the entrance of hotel. Property condition seems to be okay: there was a fire-alarm that went off at midnight for roughly 10-15 minutes, and I was told that there was something to do with watertank (?). Staff Jenn was extremely helpful and kind to swap me from one room with an odd smell. Not a very easy parking if you arrive later in the evening. Overall quiet and the walk around hotel is beautiful with the river on one side. I would certainly come back here again if I have staff like Jenn and a clean room.

Check in took an eternity, then window stuck open in the room with 60-70 mph wind storm. The final kicker was the fire alarm in the middle of the night with no notice of ‘all clear’ and fire dept there. Won’t be booking here again!

The fire alert went off in our room around three in the morning for no reason. Someone did come to our room to check if we were okay and he checked the phone and said it was not working also.
The recliner chair will not go back to regular position without some one pushing on the leg rest while standing in front of the chair.
The muffin the I picked up for breakfast was very old one not fresh and there was no cups for hot coffee juice the juice cups.
