Very poor maintenance, glass shower door off track, rusted refrigerator, no control knob for the dishwasher, the dishwasher cover was on the floor and partially detached, toilet was not working properly, very little hot water available for the shower. Complementary breakfast was coffee, packaged oatmeal or a packaged muffin.

The glass shower door was off the track and could fall on someone. The refrigerator was rusted , the dishwasher was missing the control knob and the bottom plate for the dishwasher was partially detached and on the floor. The toilet did not operate properly ( low water pressure)

It’s affordable. That’s all I have to say. There are people from all walks of life here. But the noise and the smoke smell was gross. The rooms DON’T have the amenities that it says. Not even cups or plates.

Nice place in a safe neighborhood. Very close to the hospital. The only problem was the shower was not working properly and the front desk was not very helpful. The lady that was there at breakfast every morning was a treat though!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had in my life. Facility staff was "okay", but not what I'd call friendly. The room was dirty. No coffee. An overall horrible stay.

Have stayed here several times due to its proximity to MD Anderson Cancer Center. Always something wasn't right. Will choose another hotel for our next visit.

I had an early flight into Houston for late afternoon appointments at MD Anderson. I had a reservation and Six hours to kill but they wouldn’t let me check in early. I’m not feeling well and could have really used a rest but had to sit in the lobby until my appointments. She was pretty short and unfriendly.

Lobby smelled like sewer. First floor was being renovated. Mold on curtains. 3 liter half filled coke in refrigerator. Frozen cream in freezer. Some bits of paper on the floor in the room. Toilet would not flush properly. No maid service. No dishes or silverware in room. Have to go to front desk if you want anything. Pay more. I would not recommend. Absolutely gross. Hotel should have stated it was being renovated when I was reserving. Lots of dust in the air. But, the smell of sewer was awful.

Smelled like sewage when you walked in. The lamp next to the sofa didnt work, the light in the bathroom would work sometimes so we had to leave it on, there was no plug for the tub to take a bath.
General Manager is refunding me a night aince no one saw about our concerns even though they were reported while maintenance was on staff.

No grab and go breakfast all 5 days we were there. No extra towels, had to wait for ours to be washed before we could get more. It was loud a few times at night and morning from people arguing. Overall, not what we expected.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Location was clean enough but room had stale odor. Breakfast was just muffins and coffee. Not the worst place. Ok to stay in a pinch and also close to Texas medical center
