Staff friendly and greeted when walked in. The hotel was clean.The only problem that need to pick The trash up in hallways that people leave The room didn't have a microwave for a 2 days had to call a couple of times for it bathroom big. The icebox was cold. Will be staying again

Toilets didn’t work. No hot water. No pool operational. No wifi and the roof was leaking No bfast. And it smelled really bad. Very unhygienic and unsafe. Horrible experience do not go!!!

I found blood on my sheets and a roach in my room. I have a video of both. At check in there was no one attending the front desk. When attempting to resolve the issue with the roaches, the manager couldn’t be find for two hours.

The first night we were there the lights went out around 6ish . The lights came back on around 3ish that morning. So we were super Hot until then. Bugs came out in the kitchen area once they sensed the lights were out😡 The elevator smelled like raid Everybody! Nobody could access the pool because something had to be done to it on Monday 😤 and we left that Sunday evening.
The pillows were flat,sheets were stained,It was just pitiful. Its just somewhere to lay your head. The staff was really friendly though. So i didn't take it out on them

When I arrived at the property I was unable to get into the lobby. Check in was quick. The room was ok but I noticed on the second night there was a roach in the bathroom and in the kitchen area.

Upon arrival the front desk was unmanned, as a safety precaution the inner foyer door locks and requires a desk person to remotely open. As a result I stood for 10 minutes holding my luggage as I was stuck in the foyer and couldn’t enter the air conditioned waiting interior.
The room was not available at 6pm day of and was asked to wait additional 15 mins for room to be prepared.
Upon walking into room trash was not taken from prior occupant.
