I had to cancel a stay at another location do to dirtyness an roaches. Your room was beautiful, clean and I was relieved with a smile. Room cleaned and even put my daughter's toy in a cute way, awesome experience thank you

Breakfast is muffins and coffee, grab and go stuff. Room needed dusting, and floors swept. Spider was in the sink, the shower was ok. I would not stay here again. I am a health-care worker and needed to stay overnite close to my job. The evening office staff was nice when I checked in. No hairdryer in the room. Just nothing like the pictures on the website. They definitely need updated.

was a good stay. the only problem we had was there was a couple fleas in the room. for an overnight stay it was good

This hotel is absolutely terrible! Worst part is hospitals in the area suggest it for families staying in the area. As soon as you pull in you instantly feel like you’ve made a mistake. Our room smell like wet dog rolled in baby powder. There was scratches on the wall and furniture from where they allow pets. The bed had a stain that I wasn’t sure if it was blood or pop. The fridge drawers has food residue in the bottom. The icing on the cake was the hairs in the shower.

It was half clean and the old smells from the carpet and drapes. And also, it had a creepy feel to it

The only reason we stayed is bc of Richard he was only good thing there and he worked hard and was the most politest thing ! Couldnt check in early yet there were TONS OF OPEN ROOMS the room was yyyyyABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND SMEgLLED AND JUST OUT DATED phone didn’t work had to use cellphone to tell desk how awful and much it wasn’t right

It looked like the floors had not been swept in months, the fridge was nasty, there was no shower curtain, and one of the beds was missing a blanket. The property was just filthy and housekeeping was non-existent.

Other than the fire alarms going off it honestly was a pretty nice stay!!

The stay itself was amazing the bed slept comfortably and staff was nice. Only problem we had was that we had to make our own bed and put our pillow cases on but overall 9/10

This place is absolutely disgusting. Stains on everything, smelled like sewage and an ash tray, rust on every appliance in the kitchenette, food left in the refrigerator and what looked like drug paraphernalia on the floor. The pictures are fake. Do not stay here. Check in clerk was not at all surprised when we told him we were leaving. A prison cell would have been nicer.

I rented two rooms. One for my husband/me and one for my daughter. Her plans changed and she was there only one night, but I paid for both in case she was able to come. Our room was ok, though I would not say it had a fully equipped kitchen AT. ALL.though the posters in the elevator indicate it's fully equipped.There were no dishes, utensils, pans, silverware. If you plan to stay thinking those will be there, they won't be. "Breakfast on the go" is instant oatmeal. When I saw my daughter's room I was very disappointed. The fronts on all the doors of the kitchenette were damaged..the veneer was missing for about 3 inches on each door. The dresser was beat up and dirty and she said there was hair in the shower. NOT what we wanted but it was late when she checked in and she was tired. I told the guy at the front desk that the room was nasty and said "I apologize". I don't usually give such a negative review, but I can tell you I won't ever be back to that hotel, or probably to any Extended Stay hotel.

I love this place

The room had an odor. I think it was the nasty carpet. It needed to he replaced. The furniture was pretty beat up as well. There were stink bugs in the room as well. Never again will we stay there.

Checking in was a breeze. Got in the room, the fridge had mold growing on the seal, the tv was broken had to be propped up with the bible. Burners on stove were dirty. People near us played loud music late into the night, banged on walls due to said noise, then started up the music before 8am. Found trash beside headboard/night stand. Hair on shower stall walls. Overall would not recommend.

The room was terrible. Rust on stove, mold on fridge, outdated furniture and carpet dirty and roach in bathroom. Completely not sanitary and very disappointing. Couldn’t stay had to get a different hotel.
