The room was nicely set up, Comfortable bed, and the staff was helpful.
My only slight let down was the "breakfast". Muffins, nutri bars, oatmeal packets and coffee don't equal breakfast for me, but i didn't drop a star because there are so many good food options around it.

We got a key for the wrong room and thankfully their was nobody in the room, just clothes. Staff didn't apologize just gave us a different room.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting! The hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes! Under the bed hasn’t been cleaned for years looks like! Stove was dirty with yellow stuff all over it.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past at either this location or the building next door. This hotel can use some updates. Even though it's a "non smoking" hotel, the halls smell like cigarette smoke and marijuana. The bathroom sink in our room sprayed the whole sink and counter (you got wet every time you turned the faucet on). The only plus with this building is that the breakfast and coffee is located here (vs in the other building) so this time we didn't have to walk from one building to the other in the morning. The location is nice near the highway, gas station and Panera.

The room I was initially put in, the tv and phone didn't work. The staff was helpful and I was switched to another room. The second room was carpeted which I preferred the wood laminated floors in the first room, due to pets being allowed in the hotel. Carpented rooms are kinda gross for that. The drawers need cleaned out better. otherwise, the room was clean.

My stay at this facility was shortlived. I had to book my family in another facility as the facility cleanliness/environment was not conducive.
1. There was no attendant at the front desk. They were habibating in a "employee break room" and another guest had to knock the break room door to alert them guests needed to be checked in!
2. The smell of weed was terrible. This caused our son to have some inflamtory....the stench of weed csrried all the way to the elevator and into 3rd floor
3. Our room was not clean and stunk...
Very bad experience overall and i will never again book my stays at Extended stay brand of hotels.

The only thing pleasant about our stay was the staff at the front desk. Other than that I’ve never felt so dirty. Stay if it’s your last resort!
