The room was overall generally clean but the condition of the room was not good. There is no cable and only 3 channels. Breakfast is grab and go - muffins, coffee and that's all

Entire hotel smelled like smoke even though there was no smoking in the rooms. No dishes in the room…not even small water glasses. Staff were talking/laughing with each other upon my arrival. Stood at desk for several minutes u til they acknowledged me in order to check in. Great location near activities, train station, mall and MetLife.

It didnt smell like smoke,Nice room, But cleanliness was not so good there was possibly pubic hair on the pillowcases,dust bunnies on some of the towels,The toilet also overflowed and needed plunged. The shower head is very weak. I feel like it doesn’t get cleaned enough and maintenance needs updated but Overall nice hotel but i would bring your own blankets,pillowcases,sheets,towels

Front desk communicate with me was poor.
I asked for a handicap room and I didn't receive one I only could shower one night because I a heath issues of fall ing I have health issues also I asked for a sofa in my room

Had the worst experience ever in our hotel journey. My wife and kids got locked out in the bathrooms. Even though the staff was fast to attend to us but it took some time for the staff to fix the door and eventually they had to kick out of it to have it opened. Place needs to be modernized for safety of the guest.

As we were checking in another guest was at the desk and said she had a cockroach in her room. Once we got to our room it was so outdated and didn’t feel clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the bathtub had a constant drip. It was just not a welcoming facility for me and my daughter. May be fine for adults and other grown ups who aren’t looking for high standards.
