Very bad place to stay . The whole place smelled bad, loud customers. The place is not neat at all. Beds not clean. We checked in and less than 30 minutes we had to check out due to noise and the room condition. The General Manager was very nice and went beyond to refund us our money, she called early morning to found out why we left .

Truly a bring-it-yourself experience. Which was mostly ok. A simple, clean place.
I was surprised though - no hangars.
The TV took a bit of time to get to channel selection.
Heating/cooling was good.

Ok, so staff was pleasant, polite, and did their best to make our stay pleasant, but the facility was not well maintained and updates showed shoddy workmanship.
The assigned “non-smoking” room smelled of cigar smoke, but they politely re-assigned us to a much nicer room.

Overall my stay was good. Better attention needs to be paid to cleaning the room, there was left over food in almost each cabinet. It would be nice to get more than 2 pillows on a king size bed. The shower rod had rust on it and the vents had caked up dust on them.

The property needs more security. Cars were being broken into. I had a gun pointed at me while outside smoking. And I need more than the cameras will be reviewed. I frequent this location quite regularly love the staff

When we arrived the room the gave us was dirty. Dirty sheets on the bed. No pillow cases no blankets. Dirty washcloths in the bathroom. They moved us to a different room. Toilet needed plunging every time. Took forever for maintenance. They then left the plunger. Bugs in room

A joke of an hotel, left me outside of the property when they “didn’t have no one to check me in” then. The person over there went out for a smoke, I guess she couldn’t be bother for doing her job for 5 minutes. There were cockroaches on the entrance too.

Pictures are deceiving. The young lady that assisted was very nice , pleasant and patient. She allowed my dad and I to look at the room before checking in (or so I thought). Water dripping, light in bathroom didn't work and the area in general was not pleasant. I tried to get the reservation cancelled but could not. My dad, mom and aunt were with me and I didn't want to have to worry about our safety because of area.
