Looks good, I believe there should be availability of drinking water in the hotel. You have bring on your own..

It was a good deal and staff member was great. I was an after hours check in and he came down and checked me in promptly .

When I checked in, I was told they take a pic of your ID . I asked how long it was kept and was told pretty much indefinitely. I was not comfortable with that as if they get hacked, your info is out there. I was told I could stop by the front desk at checkout and have it deleted. I did so and was told that the person working didn’t know how to do it and would call me when the manager had done so. Still waiting… Also ran out of toilet paper. Thankfully we bought a roll at the store in anticipation of this occurrence. For an extended stay facility, there was not one kitchen tool in the room, and one facecloth, one hand towel and two half sized “bath” towels for two people. Room was also old and run down with peeling paint.

I did not like the fact I was put in a room that had a patched wall and had holes and the bathroom sink was damaged

Very clean and comfortable room and good check-in service. The website said the hotel would offer breakfast, but it did not. It also said there would be amenities like shampoo and there were not. The website should be more accurate about this, but the room was still excellent for the price and we would definitely stay again.

Overall our stay was great. We had 5 rooms for 13 people and wanted to keep the cost down. We got what we paid for. The staff was wonderful. I was surprised when they didn't take cash, but that was my fault because I didn't read every little detail in my search. This is a bare bones motel. No hair dryers, shampoos, had to search for a garbage can in our room etc. They offer stoves and microwaves, but nothing in the room for pans or utensils. I guess things have changed since the last time I stayed at an extended stay. Fortunately, we weren't counting on any of that as our stay was a short stay. We had a place to crash for the night and enough room to play some cards for a bit. It served it's purpose.

This had a better rating when I booked but it does not deserve even a 7 star rating. Property was in very poor condition. We were not given any kitchen items for free so why even stay there? Linens were limited to a towel and a washcloth. Ultimately its saving grace was it was near a Texas Roadhouse restaurant.

There is no desk agent available after 10pm. We arrived from a wedding and had to wait 15 minutes before someone was able to come down and check us in. It was another 10 minutes for them start up computers and find the reservation. Our room was barebones, no soap, shampoo, conditioner, two small towels in the bathroom. The room we stayed in was musty when we walked in and was far too warm.

It's an extended stay property so no amenities whatsoever. No coffee anywhere, no vending machines, no soap in bathroom. Our toilet wouldn't flush and the thing on the tub that makes the shower work was broke so we couldn't shower. But the bed was comfy.

The staff were so nice and friendly

When I booked a room, the amenities included morning coffee and a grab and go breakfast. A new owner recently took over and this service was not provided. This is a very spartan hotel. I got only two towels, two washcloths and one bar of soap. We are required to take out our own trash and put it in the dumpsters. I checked outside that morning and the dumpsters were overflowing with trash. I packed up the trash and left it in the room with a note. I will never book a room with this company again.

This place was adequate as a place to sleep. But when we checked in, it appeared that housekeeping had not finished our room. Some of the bed linens were missing. There were no towels or washcloths. There was half eaten food and drink in the fridge. Not sure what happened. But we just slept there and left. We encountered people with big dogs in the hallways, so they must let people live there with dogs. I think I'll find another place for next visit to the area.

Hotel closes lobby at 10 and we had to call customer service for them to open and check me in. Also they made the check in before we even arrived there . There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. No breakfast either even when I made my reservation the website was advertised

No staff available during night time, they charge extra for change sheets, blankets, towels, trash, etc very expensive for that “kind” of service.

Not a great visit, started with poor desk service by an unattentive host with minimal customer service. Hotel ammenities and services were not offered or discussed. After receiving 1 room key only (no request for additional with a 3 party two bed room) our family grabbed our items and trekked to the room. Initial impressions were good. Settling in proved a different story as the bathroom was not ready for new guests. The first of our family used the last of the only roll of toilet paper stocked with no additional roll in sight. One of our party went to the desk for more along with requests for towels (only 2 in room for 3 people), pillows (2 on one bed, 3 on the other) a blanket if possible and the toilet paper. After learning company policy regarding only 2 towels in each room, no exceptions, and being told there were no pillows to spare my family member returned with a roll of toilet paper an a promise of a blanket, maybe. No blanket came, drawers in the kitchenette were broken and fell apart at the slightest of touch. The bathroom was ill designed for use. Do not intend to stay at sinilar properties afain.

Dirty. Hallway had bad odor. Room had bad odor. Room was 3/5 for clean. Windows so dirty you could hardly see out. Bathroom was nasty enough that I didnt shower there. Rug was stained, had wet spot between the beds. Outside/ parking lot had garbage everywhere. Stay somewhere else if you can.

I am very angry with this property. Upon check-in, we were informed that as of that morning, they had changed the terms of their rentals. They would no longer provide dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pots, toasters, etc. They informed us we needed to pay additional for these products. Additionally, they were no longer serving breakfast. We would need to bring our used towels to the desk and PAY additional for clean replacements. We were required to take our own trash out to the dumpster (or be fined). I booked this facility based on it having a fully functioning/stocked kitchen. We had already purchased groceries for our meals. I informed the manager that he must comply with the terms of our rental - which included all of these items. As a concession, he did allow us to use a pot, a pan and a spatula. We had to provide our own dishes, utensils, etc. We had to buy a coffee pot. We also purchased towels, because I refused to pay anything additional to this property for them. A hotel room should provide towels for guests. We Expedia should not list this as a hotel for short-term guests. It is really an apartment complex. Most guests were living there. There were men drinking an urinating in the parking lot - just below our window, and near the dumpster where we had to take our trash. This was not even close to the experience we expected. I cannot tell you how upset and disappointed we are with this trip. I hope you will consider a refund!

First, there is no continental breakfast. I found this out when I got there, despite it being advertised online AND at the hotel itself! Second, there are no pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils… nothing in the kitchen!! Third, the bathroom was not clean. I found dirty wipes and the walls are peeling bad. Shower pressure was nonexistent. Will not stay here again.
