When checking in the lady working the desk very nice and up front that she was still pretty new, and apologized for it taking at little bit longer to Check in. However Upon arriving in my room I was greeted with an unpleasant smell almost that of old grease, granted I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room had a full sized refrigerator but when the refrigerator would kick on was loud and not conducive for a decent nights rest. Also The pillows in my room were also flat as pancakes.

The first room we were given, I turned the light on next to the bed when we checked in and I looked down and there were two long strands of hair on the side of the bed, I thought at first they were mine, but they were partially tucked into the sheets, I then pulled the covers back and there was hair in the bed as well! I called the front desk and told them i need someone to come and change the sheets, the guy informed me that housekeeping just left for the day, i said okay, what do we do now? He said we'll switch your room, I went to the front desk for a new room and gave the guy the keys, it took three tries to understand what he was saying to me, asking if we had our belongings, i said yes, he changed out the keys and handed them back to me and that was it. No apology, no nothing. I wasn't expecting much from him given the interactions we'd already had, but a simple sorry would have been nice. The second room wasn't much better, but at least there wasn't any stray hairs in the bed! The room was ridiculously noisy throughout the night, banging, yelling, etc. I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone staying there.

The “breakfast” consisted of weak coffee and packets of energy bars. No joke. The “kitchens” are useless. Empty cupboards, not a single piece of silverware and a noisy full size refrigerator, older than my grandmother. The walls are paper thin allowing the low voice of the guest next to me to penetrate into my room all night long vibrating the wall studs like an oboe. No kidding, j turned on the lamp at one point during the night and the clock said 4:30 a.m. I half-expected his interlocutor who barely got a word in edgewise to pull out a pistol and put the guy out of his and our misery. Perhaps a bulldozer could be applied to this whole out-dated hotel and the owners could start over with a better product.

Entire floor smelled like shrimp. First impression with the room was a lamp that didn't work, turned out entire outlet it was connected to did not work. No hand soap in bathroom. The front desk reached out shortly after arriving to see if we were satisfied with the room. I mentioned the outlet not working and they offered either a 20% reimbursement. Was informed during check out should receive in 1-2 days. A week later I called back and was informed the reimbursement was never processed. An unpleasant experience that would've been resolved was exacerbated by their inability to follow through.

Additional charges of $350 for my 2 dogs to stay 10 days, nothing.on your website think the desk clerks pocketed the money. No receipts were ever given for the stay or for the dog charges

It was a nice place to stay for the night. They provide you with kitchenware to prepare your own meals at the room.

Beds here aren't very comfortable, but it's a good setup for a short stay
