The hotel never called me to tell me they gave my reservation away stated they were a first come first serve hotel. No voice mail no email no text. I booked this reservation two weeks in advance. To say the least this has never happened before. My family had to find another place to stay.

Had to move hotels after one night because of other guests harassing me and following me to my car. They refuse to give me a refund.
Safe yourself the grief and spend a couple extra bucks a night for somewhere else.
