Service was very friendly I will say. It was a roof over our head, but they definitely need to work on cleaning a bit more thoroughly. I saw dirt spots on the nightstands and countertop. Hallway smelled of weed. Dirty carpet.

There were mice in my room.

Excellent rooms and very easy access to main roads if you’re there for work. I did not like that breakfast was not included on any of the mornings I was there and the hotel did not make any concessions such as free water or fruit.

Very clean, but a disappointing stay. Had to change rooms because of noise / no coffee in the room // NO coffee at breakfast / only small muffins Hotels.com listed this WITH breakfast !! it does not offer.

Easy to get to. Planes are not too loud 😀

Business trip for three days had me busy but the front desk clerk (Erin) was on point with hospitality services. Made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, and some were rude and/or indifferent. The bed was comfortable. They advertise full kitchens, but no dishes or cookware or silverware to be found... had to ask to even get a couple of bowls to make oatmeal. No lounge area or chairs to sit in lobby and the room with the grab and go breakfast was locked. Wouldn't stay again.

This was a pretty bad experience. We had to wait several minutes for the desk clerk to check us in. When he came to the desk, he gave us no greeting. He just sort of gazed at us and forced us to initiate the check in process. He said virtually nothing to us. There were no cooking utensils or pots, pans, dishes, or anything to cook or eat with. We wanted to use the tub, but there was no way to plug the drain. We asked for a plug and after some discussion, the clerk went on a scavenger hunt and came back 5 minutes later with a plug. The TV didn't work, there was no vent for the kitchen and as a result, we set off the smoke alarm, which had no reset/off button. Oh, and we had to kill a couplee of cockroaches.
