Overall, I had an acceptable stay, but I would like to bring attention to the cleanliness of the elevators. Given the high traffic from both children and pets, I believe the elevators should be cleaned daily. The condition of the elevator walls was particularly concerning and did not meet the expected standard of cleanliness. I hope this can be addressed to improve the guest experience in the future.

There is homeless families living in this hotel. And animal urine smells.

After reading the reviews I was very apprehensive to book at this location. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find a nice modern room that had no smell of pets or smoke and was cleaner than any place I have stayed as of recent. It is clearly dated and the elevator needs work but the stairs are a super easy climb and that’s being on the third floor. I took the elevator once so far and that was upon arrival. It was to slow and rickety for my liking. Stairs are nice and wide reasonably spaced. Very easy to navigate and I don’t even lose my breath. My bed is super comfy and so are the pillows. Water pressure is good but toilets plug easily with just a little too much paper. This is probably the quietest place I have ever stayed, as I feel like I have the entire floor to myself it’s so quiet. I know there’s a lady next to me but I haven’t heard a tv or toilet, nothing. It’s so quiet up here I forget I’m at a decent size hotel. Maybe the other floors are more active but after two days it’s been perfect in regards to sound. No one has bothered us and no obnoxious people so far. I take my dog out via the stairs and out the side door and just don’t slam it closed so I can get back in via the side door making it super simple and private in taking out my pooch. Overall I am very happy so far. I plan to stay a day or two longer and will update if something changes. Get a top floor overlooking the freeway and you just might find ourself enamored by a beautiful sunset u will cherish.

Didn’t get a clean room.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Although the entire place is supposed to be non smoking, the smell in our room was so strong it was like someone was smoking right in our bathroom. We had to open the windows and use a towel at the base of the door, not helping much. Add to that the noise above was so loud that we were up all night, only able to get some sleep from 4:30am to 7am. Lastly, the smell of marijuana in the halls, drifting in from the crowd of people smoking it just outside, left an odor on our clothes. Very disappointing overall and well warn others to never stay here.

My room and the staff were excellent. The advertised breakfast wasn't as I thought it would be. Yes, you can have a muffin or breakfast bar but that's all. Coffee and tea were also provided. Overall my stay was very comfortable.

Construction during stay but i know its to improve the area. Always fantastic staff, they are kind, considerate and do whatever it takes to make your stay more comfortable. Kuddos ⁰

Very basic extended stay/suite. Clean, but property could use a freshening up. Elevator did not work when I checked in, but fortunately had been fixed by the time I needed to get up to my room.Would have had to ask for utensils and cooking equipment if I wanted to use the kitchen.

Cheap hotel with snacks and coffee but not with breakfast...

Noisy above my room. Pounding and thumping above 18 hours a day.

Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. There was an assortment of odd characters who appeared to living there long term…. Disproportionate number of very crippled disabled ppl, apparently unemployed young men with large dogs, usually smoking outside the entrance, and people from foreign countries. Many of the residents looked like homeless people…..It was kind of surreal. But everyone was pretty friendly, and I did not feel unsafe or threatened. Cute dogs- lots of them. The room was very clean, except for the carpets which were in dire need of cleaning and had a weird smell.
