Extended Stay America Suites Palm Springs Airport

Website shows you cannot check in till 3pm. We arrived around 3:35 and there was no room for us till around 4pm. The 2 guys at the front desk seemed to be making up excuses for us not having our room ready all while barely making eye contact. The 30" tiny TV was super slow to get working. If you hit the Guide to view channels the screen went to the top right 4"x7" window. The staff at the front desk says you have to turn off the computer and not hit the Guide button. At 10:30 am we went to check out and no one was at the front counter, we got our vehicle got it all loaded up and came back to the front desk with no one there. What kind of staff leaves the front desk right around check out time. We left the key on the counter in hopes that no one would steal it and trash our room. Not very happy and will never go back again.

I had reserved a room with 2 beds and i was given a room with 1 bed. She clerk said they over booked and they had to down grade me. We were traveling with my granddaughter and had to have a roll away bed delivered to my room. Not a good stay this time.

Great location--close to airport--ok for price we paid however it is in need of repairs & better housekeeping. Halls, lobbies, elevators & front door had scuffs, paint chips, debris in ground, baseboards not attached. I would stay here again due to the closeness to airport

The web site indicates that tableware and cookware are in each room but you actually have to ask for everything, there isnt even a coffee maker or hair blow dryer in the room. And the box of tissues in the bathroom had 1 tissue in it...the grab and go breakfast was also very disappointing.

I looked soo many hotels near this hotel, they were half the price from this hotel, reason I selected this hotel because of it was breakfast included, next day in morning I realized, that breakfast is just 1 muffin and 1 coffee, next time I will stay here but not including the breakfast I can stay in half price and pay for breakfast outside somewhere in cafe. Everything else we're fine.

Was just there overnight. No shuttle to airport but easily got a Lyft ride. Left too early to experience the breakfast. No fitness room. Room had hard surface floors. Could use some rugs. Would be an adequate place for an extended stay. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator and a small microwave. Can get some kitchen supplies from front desk.

Decent budget hotel, room was ok, some unfinished repairs in the bathroom. There is laundry on site which came in handy as I was traveling previously. The morning grab and go breakfast is a pass, some nutrigrain bars, instant oatmeal and a individually wrapped muffin. I just bought food and had breakfast in my room.

For the price, this hotel is run down. Extra charges for a rollaway bed. No dishes or amenities in the kitchen

This hotel is pretty rundown. We had two rooms and both had issues. One door wouldn’t lock and the maintenance staff was unavailable for at least an hour so we had to move everything out of the room for security reasons while we went to work. Other issues included visible mold in shower, someone else’s hair all over the shower curtain showing poor cleaning between guests, broken faucet, dirty carpets, deep dips in mattress, etc. It’s time for major renovation. We ended up abandoning our reservation and moving to another hotel.

I’m highly disappointed and disgusted with our stay at this property. The outside of the property is very nice however when you go in it’s not that clean. For starters we found out on arrival that the elevator was broken so we had to lug everything including our ice chest upstairs. The room itself was not clean there was still hair and dirty walls not to mention as we were packing to leave we seen bed bugs in the room. I notified the staff when leaving and all they said was okay we will look at the room. Didn’t get compensated for any part of our stay. It was highly disappointing and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Great location, convenient, room was nice, great pool!

Elevator was out of order had to walk up. But all was great stair exercise is the best!!

Overall, good place to stay, I would like to go back or recommend to others.

Bathroom door was broken, elevator was broken and was difficult because I am partly disabled at the moment and using a knee scooter.
