The hotel room was filthy, there were roaches and the toilet was broken. When we asked management to move our room, they claimed the hotel was full (even though there were rooms available still online.)
They wouldn't even help us with additional cleaning in the room. We had to purchase sheets at the local Target store, because the state of the sheets was so bad we couldn't sleep on them. When we found another room at another hotel, since they were unwilling to clean or fix the issues, they refused even a partial refund.

As soon as we walked in to the lobby, a odor of marijuana hit us. Thank goodness our room didn't smell like that or I would of complained. It was a non smoking hotel but you can tell people smoke weed in their rooms. Bad odor.

The hotel needs a complete overall
Looked so old and in poor repair
Each time I needed something and went to the desk there there was a sign, Be Right Back. There was always people hanging out in cars etc, scary.
Will never stay there again and advise others not to

The furniture inside needs to be replaced, overall the staff was very friendly and professional. But when walked in the room and the drawers looked like they belonged in the trash. The tv was not working properly at least for the channels to be seen. I wanted to leave, but didn’t want to deal with the hassle of getting another place.

The staff was great. The grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. As a diabetic they did not offer milk or sugar free creamer. Asked for milk and they said they didn't have.
