This place was horrible. We were greeted with people outside the door smoking. They had dogs small and big staying there. The room smelled horrible. I sneezed all night because of my allergies.

The room needed help. The floor had a huge dip in it, the smoke detector was dangling off the curling, the fridge made horrible noises all night, couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink, the bathroom sink had cracks visibly so called repaired, the bathroom floor mat had dirt stains on it and there was only a drying cloth in the kitchen, no dishwashing soap or paper towels. Smokers (including staff) was directly in front of the door. I hope to never have to stay there again.

The entire staff was everything that you would expect from an upscale facility. And the general manager, Michael, is an excellent example of what The hospitality industry looks for in a gentleman who is a top notch businessman. t the hospitality industry looks for in a gentleman businessman.

This place is terrible. It’s scary

The floors were dirty and the walls had food in it I only had 2 towels for two days no room service and I spent 214 on this room for two days the 2nd I didt even stay bc I told about the room nobody did anything

Check in was relatively easy, but once we enter the room is when we notice the lack of upkeep. The bedding we less than clean. We notice the bed sheets were a little dirty as if it had not been thoroughly washed. Under the bed was trash from previous people. The towel didn't seem to be completely clean either. There was also a distinct smell which was not pleasant in the room we stayed in. The stove did not work and when I brought it to the attendant attention, she said that it should be working. I clearly felt that she had no intention on helping so I left it along, since we were leaving in the morning for a funeral. So we bare it out for the night. But to be honest our last two visits have been less than exceptional. Usually our stay is a last minute option, but the cleaning should be better.

There was no shower rod or shower curtain. Advertised as having full kitchen but no drain in sink dirty kitchen, had to get kitchen supplies from front desk.

Room was clean and comfortable. I was a little weary checking in because the lobby was very messy and smelled badly. Staff was friendly.

We stay here every year for one night and have never had any issues or problems. The rooms are a good size, the prices are reasonable and the front desk people are friendly. They only have a grab n go breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants nearby for bigger breakfast if grab n go isn't your thing. I don't mind grab n go but I do wish they would offer their muffins and nutri grain bars in a different flavor than blueberry. It's almost always blueberry, my least favorite!

It was a space that seemed to be of lower quality. I wouldnt return.

The stay was nice and reasonably priced given that there was a home Steelers game that weekend which was causing a lot of hotels to sell out. Breakfast was just some granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal. The room was spacious and clean (except for some old stains on the carpet) and the hotel was quiet and in a nice area. Overall we definitely would stay there again.

Arrived and entrance was dark, no lights were on, there were also several men standing and sitting in the entrance way. The hotel was extremely basic, absolutely no frills. The elevator was not in service during my stay. The hotel was very, very noisy, heard running in the halls, it sounded like a heard of elephants each morning and night in the room above mine. The carpet in my room was in dire need of being replaced and the room and furniture needed to be cleaned better and dusted, I wiped everything down myself. The water pressure was very weak. I won't be staying again.
