Worker could be a whole lot nicer

The hotel was an older hotel. Had to wait for desk clerk to check in. No bell to let someone know you’re there. No bathroom to use when you get there. Have to use your room. They allow dogs which is why we booked there. Couldn’t find much grass for dogs to go. There was dog poo all over the place even on sidewalks. Got harassed by another guest while outside hotel with dogs. Person yelling at us using “F” word repeatedly. Clerks desk was shut done so couldn’t report it. A lot of pot smoking going on, which is ok, but when walking dogs outside you could smell a heavy presence of it because people had their windows open. 20 degrees. Anyway, surprised this place was in the Princeton NJ area. Would not stay here again.

There are multiple homeless families with children who have nowhere to go or play hanging out in the common areas. There were eviction notices posted on the doors of some rooms as you walk down the hallway. This property is in very poor condition.

The room was clean but i did not like the smell and services. The shampoo was also not available when needed. When we ask for the towel we have to bring the used towel to front desk. Also breakfast as not enough just coffee and cupcakes.

The appearance and condition of the facility look nice, then you enter. The exterior door card access does not function properly. The access to the room also does not function properly. The door frame was not aligned blocking the door from closing fully. You had to use the card several times to open the door. The TV cable in the room malfunctioned every day. Unplugging the TV was the only way to fix the issue. The front desk was irritated that they needed to assist with fixing the issue. The customer service attitude was short and not friendly. The morning travel breakfast area was always a mess. The only positives to the stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the space was plenty.

The management and staff were very helpful to me and my family. I love it there.

Strong smell of smoke in 2 out of 3 rooms we have booked, they changed the rooms to different one but I found it concerning. There was also crime incident happened while we were still working with front desk to finalize our booking.

No carpeting, old, noisy

It is sorely in need of renovation. Hardly a surface is unscathed by stains, scuffs burns holes, etc.. It’s clean enough and safe. It’s just rundown.

Only Criticism is that it was not easy getting a hold of the front desk. They do have an express check out, but you have to call the front desk and let them know. It’s not the typical express check out.

The stay was great at staff are nice. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and have gotten a late check out for 12pm of no charge but this time they charged me? Idk. The kitchen driver barely works and as many times as i’ve stayed here, i’m assuming all the stoves don’t work that well. The room was clean, however, when i arrived there was a bug on the “clean” towels. i couldn’t even make up what type of bug it was because it startled me and i got rid of it quick. A hotel charging nearly $100 a night should be spotless & continue to give complimentary late check out. That’s a bad business move.

I did not like the room. It was dingy peeling paint etc. Because I was there to attend a funeral and was not spending much time in the room I did not ask for a change. I did tell the cleaning lady that I did not need any cleaning all I needed was clean towels. She said she would put them in my room shortly. When I returned from the funeral about 9 PM I had no clean towels. Had to go down to the check in desk where I was told the towels were in the dryer. I waited for the towels and brought them up to my room. When I arrived home I called the corporate office twice and was told I would get a call back from the Head Manager and I never did. I will never stay at any of their locations again.

Staff was stand off-ish. The room was clean but the tub was nasty. The appliances are dated and the tv was small.

The room was decently cozy and a good vibe for the cost. The coffee in the lobby ended a bit early, and I had knocks on my door before check out which made me feel more rushed to leave. Overall it’s a comfortable stay. However, it’s not the place to stay without a car! It’s by a highway and nothing is within walking distance. I had to Uber everywhere and couldn’t tell when booking it, as I was traveling out of state.

WIFI didn't work. Bathroom smelled of smoke, noisy fan. Fixtures and walls looked old and worn. No breakfast as advertised, only coffee. I checked out after one night. Don't stay here!

This location has definitely improved since Keisha the Manager has taken charge. The difference is extremely noticeable. Also everyone at the front desk is amazing as well as housekeeping. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
