Had upstairs people that partied till 1:15 Am , went to front desk had complained 3 times. Did not enjoy this stay did not get any sleep. Tried to change rooms at 2:00 am and the key to the new room would not work. Had to be up at 6:00 am, terrible experience!

Property could use updating and some areas were noticeably in need of housekeeping. Hallways had food and smoke odors but rooms were okay.
Housekeeping did miss the microwave as it had liquid spilled inside.
The cost cutting of no toiletries was noticeable as rooms only came with small.bar of soap.

This location had no available handicapped parking close to our room & no suitcase trolly to transport luggage & belongings from car to the room & upon checking out. There was no ice machine, no privacy curtains so you couldn't open the main curtains without being seen from the outside. The free breakfast was a joke. It was a grab & go setup right by the lobby entrance, offering the absolute bare minimum. The building looked dated & could use a renovation. To be honest this was the worst location we've ever stayed in Sacramento.

The room was decent. There was soap, but no shampoo, lotion, hair dryer or coffee.
The hotel says it has a kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. But if you wanted to use the stove, there’s no pans, dishes or utensils. I certainly would not recommend this hotel.
