Well the card key was messed up all the time had to change it and it comes with a full kitchen accessories should in the room instead of the customer going to go ask for everything at the front desk and room wasn’t clean. The next day so I was expecting clean towels ect ect

Nothing was clean we had to clean our bath room and we purchased bed sheet because hotels sheets are old and smells also no breakfast they had only limited oatmeal bars and limited coffee overall terrible, very disappointing wasting money and time.

The property was clean and staff courteous and friendly. Liked having the kitchnette, but did not like that you had to ask seperately for even such basic things as shampoo, dish soap for kitchen, paper towels (which they did not have) or any dishware/utensils. Even coffee maker had to be requested! Usually if you have a kitchnette it comes with these things... atleast they did not charge for them...just a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was quite nice...spacious, clean and plenty of seating when our kids came to visit. Staff promptly switched our room too when first room was noted to have a clogged sink. Would definitely stay there again.

I travel for work and would stay here every other week. I've been there twice and noticed the same dog feces in the stairwell. The hallway smells awful and the rooms are not cleaned properly. To top it off they have ROACHES!!

During our first night, we couldn't sleep because the tenant(s) in the upstairs room kept walking back and forth and dropping items on the floor between midnight and 5:00 a.m. The noise was unbearable so we decided to leave the next morning even though we had booked a 3-night stay.
