Muy mal esta vez no me gustó por que el cuarto olía muy mal y estaba muy sucio otras veces sido diferente

We really enjoyed our stay - the clean hardwood floors in particular. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Great value for money if you need a long stay.

Called about my iPad not even 20 minutes after leaving and they said it wasn’t there. They never called me back , I know it was there they just stole it

The accommodations were fine in terms of cleanliness, however, I would not consider returning to this establishment nor would I recommend it to others. Just as most of the reviews stated, the staff members displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Calls to front desk always went unanswered. Even going into reception in-person only to find no one was there. The breakfast provided was insufficient and consisted only of snacks. The door lock was malfunctioning, the hair dryer was rusty, and the refrigerator door shelves were broken and cracked. We were required to retrieve their own kitchenette supplies from the front desk, despite information on the key card and kitchenette flyers stating that they would be delivered at request. Also had exchange dirty towels for new ones at the front desk. Complimentary shampoo was not provided in the room and had to be obtained from the reception as well. Ultimately, felt like I was doing their work for them.

Lady on Graveyard shift was excellent and very friendly, in spite of the fact I did not arrive until 10:30pm and did not call ahead to tell anyone.

Nice condition as always

Breakfast? No, just prepackaged snacks. No shampoo in the room. No coffee. Desk was unmanned and no response on the phone at 6am breakfast time. Night clerk nowhere to be found.

Serviceable room

Someone was doing hard drugs in the courtyard when I was looking for my room. Discovered 5 ticks crawling across the floor in various places around the bed, which I believe got in under the door which had no bottom seal. Completely unsafe location that should be closed.

Expedia five stars review are fake . 1. It was rude and racist secretary. 2. Weed smell came from exhust fan. 3. I went for dinner and when I came back my room's door had crack on it means somebody tried to come inside and it didn't lock again so I told them and they didn't help me . 4. Supe noisy , I couldn't sleep good enough l. If you looking for prostitutes or drugs,this location is a good choice 5.you should to give my money back for that horrible experience
