It was really nice

We booked this hotel because it is listed as having a full kitchen. I have food allergies, and that is important when I travel. It did have a kitchen, with not a single kitchen item in it. Not even a coffee maker or paper cups like a regular hotel would have. We got in late and had to leave early - we were greeted with a little sign that told us that we had to request kitchen items. We didn't have the time or energy to request, sort, and put away all kitchen items. There wasn't even a bowl an a spoon downstairs in the sad excuse for a "complimentary breakfast." If you wanted instant oat meal you had to make it in a coffee cup. The room was worse than dated, the cabinets were chipped, and the countertops were stained. This was not at all what we were expecting.

Trip was last minute. Close to everything we needed. Price was great when booked through Hotels.com . I can see why they are so popular.

The place over all as we enter the hall ways have an old smell to it and the smell is like it used to be a smoking hotel. The was definitely spacious, which we did appreciate. The bed was comfy enough for a sufficient night rest. We came in late at night so did not notice anything. But when we get up in the morning, getting ready to check out. We noticed a few dried up spots on the floor. Some were found at the window area, a few dots found at the end of the bed, and a couple at the entrance door. What were the dots, you ask? They were dried up spots of blood. Thats right! Blood. I had goose bumps all over! What in the world!!! We checked out and told the front desk staff. She did take 40% off of our bill, which we appreciate. But oh my stars!!! The floor overall was not swept nor mopped. The floor was not carpeted so just bare imitated wood floor that's dark grey color. Sooo disappointed!

Hot Water & Transparency Other than that, I would stay longer, but when asked about the fact that there's no hot water, staff was already aware and had no idea when it would be fixed. This is EXTENDED STAY,, right? Which brings me to the transparency part. Had I been made aware of that one major drawback, I would have choosen to stay at the other Extended Stay nearby. Now I'm not sure what I'll get there either. Very disappointing, I left another extended stay (Not ESA) for the same reason, only to move here where there's no hot water, either. Did all the boilers in Lynnwood go out at the same time? I am here for work, so moving from place to place every few days is really wearing me out at the end of the day. I am now in search of an Airbnb for the next 9 months. My company will take over the payments for the remainder of my stay, once I am safe and settled.

The "grab and go" breakfast was gawdawful Good that there was a Whole Foods and also a gas station convenience store close by.

The bed was so uncomfortable. The hall had a horrible odor.

No respect customer service I pay for 11 nights around $ 1400 But they gave me rooms disabled rooms with bad shower In the 2nd days i was asked theme change rooms no body cares It's not fair

The room was clean and had kitchen which was convenient. The grab & go Breakfast consisted of a muffin or granola bar & coffee or chocolate. The staff was friendly. They seemed short staffed so you have to exchange your linen daily & pick up kitchen supplies.
