Great stay!

Deposit is extremely high, almost as much as room reservation, and front desk clerk was not very accommodating or helpful.

Customer service is very bad, rude, I was greeted by Rosa in a very incorrect manner and fired by the other lady who serves the Front, it is worse

Hotel was okay. Good location.

Stains on furniture, TV not working, sink and bathtub scaly and rusty. Thin walls and noisy neighbors with “visitors” in middle of night made me feel unsafe. Plus barking dogs. Pullout sofabed was unusable, springs and bars digging into back through the thin cheap mattress. The worst hotel experience. Would recommend only for low budget travelers with zero expectations and heavy sleepers.

I guess the place was going through renovation, hallways had stuff in the isles (construction equipment) and carpets has a lot of glue and or drywall mud. Had multiple problems with the door card working and had to get them reset.

For what we paid is was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We only stayed a few day and it served the purpose. Would recommend if looking for a cheaper hotel stay.

We just needed a quiet place to sleep before catch an 6am flight. They do allow pets so we did hear dogs barking. We had to get up at 3:30am so not sure if we would stay here again.

I've traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst stay I've ever had. It started with a dirty lobby and elevator (I took the stairs the remainder of my stay and just held my breath because the open trash can in the stairwell smelled so bad). Then it was the cockroaches in my room. I left after 1 night and have been working with customer service for over a month. They pretend they can't hear you and hang up. When you call back, they skip the pretending part and just hang up on you. Will never stay at an ESA again.

Nighttime front desk employee was not very friendly. We waited at the front counter for about 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back room to greet us. We arrived around 1045pm. The room was nice size but in poor condition. The sofa bed was horrible rusty brown/ black stained that covered 90% of the bottom of the mattress. There were small roaches found in the kitchen and bathroom and what appeared to be roach poop in the cupboards. The toilet kept running after flushing it once. Thankfully my brother was able to fix it. It was not making a seal on the tank. Not the worst hotel I've been to, but would not come back. It works for a place to lay or heads for the night.

Breakfast is very desappointing

Not good at all. Problems in room and very falsely advertised. Dirty under construction,noisy and no breakfast as pictured in online photos. Won’t stay there agai.

Pot smell throughout the floor where we stayed. Pull out sofa bed mattress was old and very dirty with stains and no bedding for it. The pullout sofa bed couldn’t even be pulled out without moving the sofa because of limited space. Bath tub was damaged and rusty. Breakfast was less than 6 mini muffins in the basket and coffee. Overall the place looked like it should be shutdown immediately.

This property ran out of breakfast before my family of 7 arrived before9am.they said maybe sams club or walmat could bring muffins but they only had large.they thought another hotel could send food over ..what a joke..other people were waiting also

From elevator to the room was bad odor seems like their carpet is very old and not clean. Room is dirty, dishwasher is broken no dishes I have to ask them and they gave plastic dirty glass. Bathroom had a water leak and I tell them about it they didn’t do anything. I suppose to stay 2 night but check out on one . The lady on front desk asked for everyone ID which was surprising to me . It’s not a place you bring your family for vacation trips even yourself only.

This was one of the worst hotel stays we've experienced. Upon arrival at 10 PM, we were surprised to find a strip club next door. The front desk was initially unattended, and when someone finally arrived, her demeanor was unwelcoming, with poor eye contact and no greeting. Despite being an obvious family with children, both adults' IDs were unnecessarily requested. The hotel's cleanliness was shocking. Hallways on both the 1st and 3rd floors were extremely dirty, littered with debris. Our room's kitchen lacked silverware, plates, and cups, and the sofa bed had no blankets or sheets. The room floor was not clean, though the beds seemed acceptable. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the water temperature adjuster was faulty, making it hard to get a comfortable temperature, and the shower head had no pressure due to a broken tub spout diverter. Additionally, water leaked from the toilet base when flushed. While the AC and beds were decent, everything else was subpar. For $130, we've had far better stays elsewhere, including other Extended Stay Hotels. This location was a major disappointment.

Stayed due to a canceled flight on Dec 23. 3rd floor room was clean & smelled nice , paper thin walls could hear tv in room next to us all night. Our room had no trash bins , mattress was good but sleep was restless due to next room. Checked in after 6:00pm puts an additional 100$ deposit on CC checked out before 10:00am dec 24th. Still have no deposit back from night stay. Home on Dec 25th and get an alert for a $50.00 charge from hotel. Immediately called and was told it was a smoking fee who neither one of us are smokers . I never smelled smoke in the room knowing as a non smoker I would not have stayed in a smoking room and if it was would have requested to change rooms. Mgmt assured me both the $100.00 and the $50.00 will be credited back to my CC. As of today Dec 26th no credit from either has been returned. Hopefully they are true to their words . On our way out there is no full breakfast only coffee and granola bars a grab n go no choices. Parking lot was semi cleaned . Elevator and stairway has an aweful smell I can not describe. I wished the hotel could have been a more hospitable inviting stay to leave a better review especially around the holidays and the mess we were already in due to a canceled flight.

The hotel was in terrible shape. The sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall and wouldn’t really drain. The people in the room across the hall had a dog in their room that kept barking at 11:30 at night and 6 in the morning. The photo of the property do not accurately depict the actual condition of the property
