Clean hotel, friendly staff

The hotel was spotless and our family enjoyed the stay.

We booked this on a whim to do an In town stay so we could go swim. SO WORTH IT! The pool was a little cold and no towels were provided which was okay. The beds were so comfortable & just what we needed! Nice touch was they had a christmas tree with gifts and both my kids picked one! The next morning they were out plowing VERY Early but no noticeable noise.

Close to College Campus

Our room was very dusty around the coffee pot area ice bucket..towel rack in bathroom dirty with dead flys on it and in it.. not real happy for almost $200.00

Rooms were very clean and staff was very accommodating. Hot breakfast could have been more varied.

After a long and unexpected day of travel, we arrived at 8pm and were greated by Curtis, who was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond, by making some recommendations and printing out some places to go. We had alovely time in Cortland and surrounding areas.

The front desk staff were very helpful!

Place was spotless inside and out!

The pillows need to be thrown in the trash and new ones purchased. The mattresses were only fair. Marriott used to be known for their comfy pillows and mattresses. Not so at this property. The room was clean but dusty. The room could use a fresh look. It looked outdated and a little worn. For what the cost was, we should NOT have been asked if we needed daily maid service. It should be included.

Staff were very friendly and prompt.

I stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The hotel is a newer property and probably the best hotel in Cortland. The most important thing for me is quiet (so I can sleep). I was able to get a very quiet room on the third floor back side of the hotel overlooking green space, so there was no street noise. The fan in the in-wall HVAC unit didn't rattle (most of them do, especially when the A/C condenser kicks in), so on low speed (with the A/C turned off), it provided white noise. The property was clean enough, my bed, bed linens, and towels were very comfortable and clean. The property is safe and close to SUNY Cortland. Breakfast had plenty of options but is about average. No bananas or mix fruit (only apples and oranges). I felt the hotel is over priced for what I had, but I did have a suite and it was quiet and safe, which is the most important thing.

Have stayed here before and always consistent in service and comfortable accommodations.

Checked in late and the staff was at the counter ready to check me in!
