This hotel had very high potential but with the rude stafff and the misunderstanding that came with fees was absolutely horrible ! Would definitely not recommend staying here on top of all that the water that we had to use was brown and had a veryyy odd taste ! Although I do appreciate the breakfast host they were very nice and had the area veryyy clean !

The lady at the counter was great. She switched our room because the 1st rooms pull out couch mattress was very dirty with crumbs and who knows what. Next room was cleaner, but none of us slept good, beds were not comfortable. Washcloths didn't appear to be very clean. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged items warmed in the plastic wrap, overall not great. The front staff were sweet as can be, none of this was their fault. We love staying at Fairfield's, this one just didn't compare to the others we have stayed at.

We enjoyed the rooms and shower. Clean, lots of stocked toiletries and amenities, includedi in room at no extra cost! Lots of channels available to watch movies, beds we're clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bar was amazing and had everything!
