This hotel was so nice. Kiersten handled our check in and was kind, helpful and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wa delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

They should not say "Heated Pool". There is an indoor pool, the water is cold. We asked a Manager & 2 employees if they can heat it and they did not. They seemed overwhelmed and could not grasp the concept of getting that pool heated.

Nice affordable property conveniently located near family in New Albany. Plenty of shopping and food options nearby. Simple, clean rooms with nice amenities and a fresh, hot breakfast.

I booked via Orbitz w/in 24 hours of needing the room. I was unable to travel the next day (of arrival) due to illness and had to cancel all my travel plans (airfare, car, and hotel). Fairfield Inn stood behind their requirement of 24 hours notice (which I was w/in when booked) as a reason for keeping almost $400 of my money with no use of their property. Airline and car company refunded my money. Long time Bonvoy Marriott member . . . not feeling the love

This was a very lovely stay! My husband and I were in town for the music festival, so our stay was six nights. There were nice little personal touches, like the TV would say "hello, Teona" and after cleaning our room (which was every other day unless requested), a little note would be left saying "we hope it has been cleaned to your satisfaction" with a signature from the person who took care of it that day. The bed was comfy, though the pillows were on the squishy side. Some more storage for clothes would have been nice since we were there for so long, but it was manageable. The bathroom was well lit, the shower roomy with decent pressure. The vent in our bathroom didn't work, and the room smelled a little mildew-y, probably because of the air conditioner, but we didn't bring it to anyone's attention since we really only slept and showered there. Breakfast was from 0630- 0930 during the week and 0600- 1000 on the weekends. There were waffles with plain and flavored batter. Scrambled eggs which tasted better than the usual box eggs you see at hotels/schools, though the same consistency. Some days there were sausages, other mini quiches. Then your had oatmeal + toppings, juices, coffee/tea, fresh fruit, bagels. We didn't use the pool or workout room (though it was mainly treadmills). There was a great view of Louisville when you looked out from the parking, and the staff was wonderfully at every interaction. I would stay again!

Needed a recliner in the room

I liked the area and how it was up on a hill and away from traffic, but it was close to shopping and dining.

Very nice staff, clean hotel, good variety of breakfast options included. We will stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Nice view from the top of a hill. Hot water, cool room and a TV. Check. Clean room. For the most part. Was told they would charge my credit card an extra $20 for amenities but I was assured it would be credited back on the card if we didn’t use it. This was not done. Fairfield and its sisters are not off my list of stays.
