Great bed, great pillows 😴 No grab bar in shower. Very comfortable room, ok breakfast, good dining options nearby.

Very clean and nice location and the breakfast options was great.

Upon arrival with my toddlers, I did an inspection of the floor to be sure there was nothing they could get there hands on. The carpet was not vacuumed. There was visible evidence of hair and crumbs. The perimeter was littered with a variety of bits and pieces. Luckily, since we are heading south for the winter we had a vacuum with us. Beds were soft and uncomfortable. The shower never got hot, tepid at best. In contrast, this evening we are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn- a great experience!

We arrived late from a long drive. Placed in a ground floor. Room has DIRTY towels from previous guest. What the!!!!! Is this “Marriott’s latest standards”. I informed the front desk right away. Offered me a new room but we came from a long drive and my partner’s in bed by that time, changing room is not a good not a good solution… I think getting the used towels from the room was, but there’s no available housekeeping on site. Breakfast is okay. Check out. I told the staff (guy), that we’re checking out…he seems occupied with other chores …. Not totally listening and no “Good morning” either. No customer service. I I travelled a lot and stayed in hotels. This is the worst hotel for this trip.

This hotel was remarkably clean. The room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Would 100% recommend and will be back.

Only problem was the mattress was not good and I did not get very much sleep. I was in room 317.

This is a beautiful, clean, quiet hotel with very nice rooms. The front desk staff, Ashley, was so friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip through.

Arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm. Computers were down and we couldn’t get our room. Waited in the lobby with 5 other families that couldn’t get a room either. Ended up having to get a room next door at the Holiday Inn. Fairfield Inn would not issue a refund for my prepaid room the next day. Will not stay with them again

Choose this hotel for a quick overnight based on the reviews. After seeing it in person it definitely is giving older hotel that had a “remodel”. The rooms are lacking anything that would make me decide to stay again. It was very basic and rides the line of being clean enough. Interactions with the staff was pleasant.

We had an excellent stay, breakfast was great with several choices of hot fresh food, waffle station and all the other usual. We will return if back in the area
