We came to NY for a funeral,the hotel was very accommodating,the staff was excellent.

The elevator constantly needed repairs. There was a repair man fixing it and then it was out of service--again. The breakfast was served in the lower level. THERE WAS NO HEAT/ or it was ESCAPING by being directly under the entry door???? Most of us Holiday travelers could not enjoy the breakfast because it was artic cold.

Clean and comfortable hotel to stay for a short period of time. Friendly stuff. Breakfast is very simple, never seen such small quantity of options.

The room is comfortable but small but I chalked it up to being in New York, the hotel really needs to inform guest that there’s a 250$ room deposit that caught me off guard, and the front desk guy isn’t too friendly but other then that stay was good

Do not stay here! We were given a room #604 with a soaking wet carpet! We called down to the front desk and were told someone from house keeping would be there to help us which never happened. I went down to the front desk in soaking wet sock which my daughter and I had to wear out that night to a Zach Bryan concert and was told by the manager of the property I would be issued 35,000 points for another stay due to the inconvenience. 2 weeks later, 5 phone calls and the run around nothing has been taken care of. After calling Marriott headquarters a case was finally opened 2 weeks later which I was told was done Do not stay at this property, staff is terrible and rooms just as bad.

Gave our suite away and we were stuck sharing a tiny room with non relative teenagers. Very awkward and uncomfortable and they did nothing to make it right

We were walking distance to Barclay’s and a metro station even closer to make it easy to get into Manhattan.

Great location and price. Easy parking, good hot brekfast, quiet street. Quuck check in and check out. Highly recommend.

The place and rooms are nice! The breakfast had different options than other hotels like a sausage biscuit and apple cinnamon rolls

Housekeeping needed to do a much better job. Walked in and there was garbage everywhere still. No toilet paper or bath mat provided either after day 1

I stayed on 11/29 we are now 12/19 been calling every because I’ve yet to receive my security deposit of 150 they provided me a case number and was told someone will reached out to me and no one ever did, and the option 3 to speak to a billing manager when you call sucks because you can’t get a hold of one, her mailbox is full, I’ve been on hold now for 35 minutes 12/19 very unprofessional, rude customer service, during my stay I asked for house keeping to change the sheets came back and same sheets, I asked for extra towel, none, the bathroom sink was way too small and the shower faucet falling apart for 600 dollars this is ridiculous, will make sure I never stay nor recommend the hotel, no parking, poor service and they thief for holding on to my security

Quiet, comfortable and friendly staff. Just a 10 minute walk from Barclays Center so subway and LIRR easy to access. Great location for walking. Prospect Park not too far and shopping, food and drink along the way. N

Not really worth the price Too expensive for a very small room

What I didn’t like about this place is they hit me with a $40 parking fee at the time of check this is what will prevent me from staying there agaim’

When we first checked into the hotel, the front desk and common areas are very clean. However, when we checked in to the room we found that there was some cleaning to do, especially in the bathroom. There was a black curly hair and some unidentified brown specks on the toilet seat. That was the main thing that really needed addressing. There are some things that could make the room a better place to stay. For instance, the walls are very thin. And what that means is, if you or your partner need to use the bathroom, then the other person will definitely be able to hear every single sound. Also, there are no soap trays in the shower. The hotel expects you to use the body wash. One last thing, for all the lights in the room is very difficult to see what you're doing in the mirror. This means that if you're like my wife, it makes it very difficult for her that her makeup on. For me, it made it difficult to shave. The facility looked nice however. Those are just some things that could be addressed to make the place look nicer.
