Friendly staff. Check in and out were essy. Hotel seems very outdated, tired, and should be renewed - decor, furniture and carpet seem very outdated. Towels are worn out. Breakfast was OK. Heard street noise from the room. Receipt from hotel was for $299.46 but Hotels.com charge was $327.63 !! Not sure why ?

We live 30 mins from Sebastopol, but were co-hosting a NYE party down the street from the hotel & decided to stay so we didn’t have to drive home. Everything was great at the Fairfield from the moment we checked in with the cool gentleman at the desk, to the cozy, quiet room, to the abundant continental breakfast they served. There were also other out of town guests who attended our party that stayed there too. I’d totally go back and stay there if needed & would suggest it to out of towners too!

Friendly staff and very pleased with the room choice as it had a pull-out sofa with two flat screen tvs to accommodate my adult son that stayed with us as well. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of breakfast options definitely-worth getting up for. Super convenient location for dining and amenities.

Room was really nice. Plenty of plugs and USB ports. Bed wasn't work out. I like the shower curtain that bends out of the way. Good water pressure. overall a great room!

Great stay, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and an overall wonderful time

We have stayed at this property quite a bit. It’s starting to get run down and needs to be refurbished. Wallpaper is coming off the walls and the floor coming in from the pool entrance is uneven and warped. I actually tripped and fell, but no harm. When I booked this reservation I requested a specific room due to my difficulty walking. I received an email back from the property telling me that they got my request and all is good and they’d be ready for us. That day they gave THAT room #243 away to someone else and put me further away from the exit!😡 Then our tv stopped working and no one came to even try to fix it after we called the front desk. A property functioning tv is a MUST for my husband!!! I don’t know if we’ll ever go back.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a while. It was updated, quiet, and safe with plenty of parking. Included breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff from Jurelli (so?) Alanzo , and the evening/night manager whose name I am sorry I forgot… were amazing kind and welcoming … Gabriella from housekeeping was so kind and warm!! We appreciated each moment
