Very comfortable stay nice pool great poolside room and continental breakfast was great lovely staff

This property is just beautiful, rivals Oahu with its plant life. The service is always top notch. This is our favorite end of the year destination!

This hotel is well maintained and loved. They put a lot of thought and care into what’s included in the rooms, like good closet organization. The property is absolutely beautiful and also feels comfortable and welcoming.

My family and I have been going here many in the past 24 years. Always peaceful and relaxing. Beaches are close and plenty of activities to get us entertained.

Excelente servicio. Limpieza extrema. Lugar tranquilo y bien ubicado. Nuestra estadía incluía una botella de vino. Incluso cercano a la hora del check out nos ofrecieron mas tiempo para quedarnos en la habitación y se preocuparon por si necesitabamos algo más.

Beautiful courytard with plenty of places to sit and relax. Grills available for cooking. Nice pool. Rooms were clean and looked to be recently updated. Although on the main drag it seemed quiet.

We spent 2 nights here. Lovely property with unique and beautiful gardens. Room and surrounding area was very clean and bed was comfortable. We arrived very late the 1st night but received an email with self check in instructions that were easy to follow. Would definitely stay again

The exterior of the hotel was very nice and well kept with nice scenery. Breakfast was horrible - only packaged foods, nothing hot. Room was disappointing - old, outdated, small tv, Walmart specials on all the fixtures and decor. I would rate the exterior and grounds a 9/10 but room was a 6.5/10. Your app rated this hotel 9.2/10, not even close. I would say 7.5/10

I was at the hotel for a brief overnight stay before heading to the airport. It was good for that amount of time, but this is a no frills hotel and the rooms and beds are dated. However, it is clean and although the hotel rooms go outdoors, overall, it felt safe. The staff person was very attentive and made the stay feel better.

Quiet and small tropical paradise

My first visit last year was so beautiful and quiet we booked a full week again. But one group made for a very different experience this year. The hotel Serves tour groups and foreign visitors. Not an issue just is. There will be quite a few smokers. What we liked Check in. Megan awesome. Upgraded our room. Great parking. Large, remodeled room. Everything works, full kitchenette, nice. Clean. Great shower, comfortable room, big windows/sliders great light and access to courtyard. Service great, everybody friendly and professional Great continental breakfast surrounded by beautiful landscapes grounds. Ice machine Great. Towels always provided by pool. Great location. 2 supermarkets, restaurants and walking. Awesome. Love the vibe. Didn't like Open motel configuration. We had room 113. Room 117 had 7 plus group with out of control kids, loud rap music and late night Outside parties. They constantly cut thru our little garden patio area with an “attitude”. This lasted all week. They overran pool, screamed and took over courtyard and basically we could not enjoy the grounds, pool or evenings. Mornings they disturbed our patio area. They cleaned out the breakfast items and just overan the place.Office closes at 8pm we complained 2x but there was no solution. It was just bad luck. But be aware it can happen and the close shared common areas can become unruly and large groups piled into a room can be ugly. We had cigarette smoke smell coming in. Lots of smoke

The beauty of the Fair Ways Inn is the staff don’t get me wrong. The ambience the cleanliness and the service are all great. Those are just bonuses that you get, but when you walk into a place where the staff is always smiling and willing to give you a helping hand it just makes everything else a secondary. We love the Fair Ways Inn. We go there about four times a year. My wife and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quaint, clean and friendly staff which the location is exceptionally very convenient to everywhere grocery store, restaurants, and local venues not to mention downtown is about 20 minutes away in an Uber.
