Email I sent that they spent a month ignoring-
Hi, I stayed at your hotel last week. I've never actually emailed somebody to complain like this but it was a terrible experience. So a few things happened. First, one of our two rooms had ants (we took a picture, there was spilled juice that was left before we got there and they were all over the sink and found a lot behind the bed closest to the bathroom. A man knocked on our door at 1 AM offering to sell us weed. I don't mind that as I know that isn't the hotels fault, however after we turned him away the man from the lobby came to our room and insinuated that we had given him money and was overall very rude about it. Lastly as we were nearing checkout we had two people from room service come in and demand a tip because the room was "trashed". The room was messy but we were in the middle of cleaning it for them. When I told her that she claimed the conjoined room we booked was the same, but that room was pretty much spotless. I told her I only had 20 minutes to finish cleaning the room before checkout and she threw an envelope at me that had a printed request to tip on it. I took a picture of the ants in the room as well as the room after I finished cleaning it as well as while I was cleaning right after the housekeeper came in. If there were any affordable hotels nearby that night we would have left as soon as we were interrelated about the man who came to our door. I go to Orlando every year and this was my fourth time at the Flamingo, first time at the inn and not the resort.
