This was an amazing hotel, I loved all of the Designer details throughout. The only reason I went to a 4star for cleanliness was my room was dirty when I arrived and what housekeeping kept not cleaning it up properly. Other than that my experience was amazing and I will stay there again.

Your breathe is taken away the moment you walk into the lobby. It is stunning. The florals are spectacular. The rooms are gorgeous. Bars are classy. It is a very beautiful hotel.

The resort is beautiful. Well maintained and well staffed. Pros the hotel has wonderful dining options and facilities which make it easy for a long term stay. The decor, cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is 100/10!
Con the main pool and ice skating was under construction and we were not made aware.

The Roman was not what I booked, was suppose to have a tub in bathroom. I asked when I checked in and they assured me it did. The room was noisy, could hear others nest door and in the hallway. Room service was way over priced. 2 sandwiches was $145. Will not be staying there again.

Early check ins are the best, and this o e satisfied it. Excellent customer service, brand new hotel, super clean, and tasteful. Location is not an issue, many rideshare, very close to the action. Highly recommend it.

The chicken person was not welcoming at all. This hotel is losing money and I can see why it position itself is a high-end Vegas hotel and casino, but the drink service is lousy and the dealers are not friendly at all for a new hotel. This is a Nono. There are much better options for about the same price in the area.
