Awesome property and definitely a must for those tired of chain hotels. The only negative was dirty sheets when we checked in but Hotel was super responsive and offered to change rooms immediately. I simply requested a change of linen which happened in 5 min.
Really swanky motif, great art, and an attentive staff.

Large suite on top floor. Good view. Funky warehouse style but interesting. Problem was the condition was poor. Sinks not draining, toilet kept running, torn towels and floor mats, very loud hvac system, etc. Still was comfortable, nice bar and restaurant downstairs.

Hotel was artsy but a bit difficult to find. Basic services were lacking with housekeeping. Had to go to a market to purchase tea for coffee machine, soap, and lotion. Towels were replenished on some days and not on others. Very disappointing. On top of that a daily fee was added that I was not aware of.

My intial room at check-in did not have the bed made and I called the front desk to ask if the bedding was clean, the receptionist gave me a different room altogether and I didnt have to wait for housekeeping to come by. I didnt mind making the bed I just wanted to make sure it was clean but she went the extra step for me which I appreciated!

Nice property with well appointed rooms. Poor sound insulation as walls are thin and floors concrete don’t can be challenging to get a good nights sleep if neighboring rooms are occupied or there is a group staying above (which we experienced). Staff are either great or unhelpful…it was a real mix. VIP benefits not honored.
