Amazing!! Always new water bottles every day. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable beds. I will stay again. Small rooms but that is not a big deal. We were always out all day. Recomended!!

Was a great deal for the area, it was really close to so many dining options and near the subway for easy getting around. The room itself was fine, decently clean, although the bathroom had no fan and the room was pretty dark. Overall a fine choice if you won’t be in the room much besides sleeping!

Jay at the Front Desk had everything ready at our arrival and was very helpful in accomodating our requests. The room was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at the Soho Four Points by Sheraton!

The hotel was clean and convenient. The front desk personnel were helpful and polite. The shower was great. They said they were only going to make up the room every other day, but they cleaned it almost every day. The room was great for one person. Might have been a little crowded if we had two.

There was a smoke detector beeping in the hallway outside our room. I asked three times during our stay with the front desk for them to check on it and replace the battery because I could hear it throughout the night. When we left four days later, the smoke detector was still beeping.

Great location--walking distance from Soho and the West Village. Relatively new hotel--without that chemical "new hotel" smell--a definite plus.The room was comfy and quietThe staff...well, the front desk staff always seemed busy elsewhere and answers were short and not always helpful. No "thank you" or "you're welcome." Yes, I know it's NYC, but New Yorkers have manners--the staff just didn't get the memo, I guess. Won't be coming back to this hotel. There are others in the area that are less expensive and, when I walked into one less than a block away, I was greeted with a "How may I help you." Seriously, Sheraton--is that so difficult?

The staff at Four Points by Sheraton were lovely—so kind and helpful! The hotel is clean, safe, and perfectly located in Manhattan, with easy access to the subway and Soho shops, all within walking distance. While there’s no room service, the Italian restaurant downstairs, The San Marino, offers plenty of great options. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
