We booked 3rooms for my cousins wedding in November, and we arrived around 3am after our check in date (much later time than we expected to arrive due to a hiccup on the road). Thus our reservation was automatically cancelled and charged as a no show. We were so worried and tired, but the hotel staff that helped us check in, was so helpful and reassured us everything will be ok. He was able to retrieve our reservations and check us in with no issues. Customer service was amazing.
Rooms were clean and beautiful. Housekeeping was also so helpful with anything we needed.

Everything mostly was good. Tub didn’t drain well. Ankle deep in water when taking shower. Lighting in room not very good. Ventilation in bathroom not very good.

I thought that the mattresses were terrible. Mattress seemed to be worn out with mattresses topper on top. I asked the front desk to change rooms and they worked with me, but the mattresses in the other rooms were just as bad. For such a beautiful hotel , I would think that the mattress would be comfortable.

Industrial area. No food choices nearby. Large deposit required at check in $700. Parking was $30 per day, but reset to hourly if leaving garage. Onsite restaurant very expensive.

Be prepared for hidden fees, also be prepared to complain about this and receive somewhat of a professional reply, they seem to care more about responsiveness to customer complaints but lack on making actual changes to these key issues like $30 a day to park on top of a $20 day amenities fee. One of the reasons i will not be returning.

Hotel is located in a serene neighborhood with a pond and is spacious. However its noticeable vacancy was concerning and the hotel felt eary and ghostly (noticed not more than 2-6 guests in the hotel and restaurant combined during our 3 night stay).
Hotel needs to upgrade their carpet flooring which has had its share of spills and stain marks on it. Room was clean, however upon arrival we found a pair of sucks laying on the floor inside the room and in front of its small refrigerator which presumably belonged to previous room guest.
Central air conditioning makes constant clunking and jerking noise every time it starts or stops which prevents a quiet sleep also.
Front desk staff was friendly and accommodated us for parking.
