This recently renovated hotel provides great breach front access with spacious rooms, adult and kid-friendly activity pools. They also have a scuba pool with complimentary scuba diving demos and many fun cultural activities. All the restaurants in the hotel serve great food and cater to a range of budgets. We felt that the service could be a bit more customer friendly in their offerings (late checkout to Hilton diamond members is till 1 PM, f&b credits are only applied from 12-12 instead of per night basis). Overall, we had a great stay and will visit back again!

The beach is perfect. Very kid friendly. Annoying if you don’t have kids lol. The fact that you would have to pay for reclining chairs and a umbrella at this location even though you are staying at the hotel it’s kind of ridiculous in my opinion.

So beautiful here on this resort! Staff is welcoming and friendly and have given us wonderful suggestions for food and snorkeling! Our sunset view from our balcony was spectacular!

Very Vegas for Maui. Beautiful grounds, super crowded, kids running wild everywhere, loud at all hours, staff overwhelmed - this is not a luxury experience. Our room had a lovely view of the chapel and grounds, truly beautiful, with a comfy bed and room. The valet staff were also good and efficient. Nice beach, but that's where it ends. Spa is outrageously expensive ($400 for a 45 minute facial is absurd), staff is stressed (there was unfortunately a strike the first day we arrived - kudos to the poor staff who were on site and trying very hard). 9am on a Thursday morning you'll find yourself at the end of a huge line for beach chair assignment and towels. That's when you'll be told there are no more chairs available and you can be wait listed. No one will ever call you back (not the beach chair crew, not the dive crew...) The TV in the room wouldnt function reliably and would often just restart or freeze. We are family people, but the number of kids screaming at this resort was insane. This place is luxury priced but completely lacking in the matching experience.

The hotel is costly, with numerous additional fees and extras, but the rooms and service do not justify the expense. While the views, venue, and location are excellent, the rooms fall short of luxury standards. The bedding had an unpleasant odor (musty, humid, and sweaty), which was noticeable in the pillows and covers. I had to request a room change due to the smell and an ant trail coming from the headboard. I expected pristine and updated accommodations, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality of the food is inconsistent, varying by dish and restaurant, but expect to pay twice or more for meals that may not be particularly impressive. Service also varies depending on how busy the restaurant is, but it tends to be slow overall. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful.
