Reallly wonderful place to stay! Water park is amazing and fun! They keep it very clean considering it constantly has multiple people rolling through in a day. We will definitely be returning and making this a Christmas time tradition.

Upon arrival we noticed the shower curtain had what appeared to be poo or chocolate. Pillow cases had hair tie between them. Pull out had no sheets. It felt like house keeping was cutting corners. Sidewalks not shoveled but parking lot was. Room extremely loud. Beds uncomfortable due to being worn out.
The waterpark was nice and clean. Pop machine out of pepsi most the day. I told 2 different people. Still wasn't changed out until next am. Probably won't be back but we'll see.

The only complaint I have is the pressure to buy add ons at check in that I didn’t have time to review in advance. One of my grandchildren had not put their band on correctly and broke it, I received a lecture on how another replacement would cost, $50, if it happened again. We will know to plan further in advance next time because we paid quite a bit more for our stay than most families there.

You charged me $45 for towel fees without explanation. The girls were told they could leave the towels in the room, but I received a charge for each of their towels. Please don't mislead teenagers just to make more money. It comes across as desperate and smarmy.

Took my daughter and three grandsons for a one-night stay. The 4 year old is autistic and had a great time. Wore his puddle jumper in the pool. Older boys (age 9 and 12) had a great time on bigger slides. I felt safe having a spot for towels and such and older two could check in periodically. We did not do anything other than water park area so I can’t comment on that.

Rooms were extremely clean, check-in was great with a very friendly worker, and kids loved the water park. We chose to leave the property to eat as there are tons of options less than a mile away.
