The outside property is nice, our room sparse and old. Low water pressure due to corrosion on facet. The extra chair was dirty, bed lumpy, no remote for TV and no extra blanket or pillows. The description said a restaurant, room service, concierge, bar and many other amenities that we didn’t see nor would we have tried due to the state of the room. We would have left but had paid for it in advance from the photos and were unsure if we could find another room in a different hotel.

The faucet explodes when you turn it on. The pillow cases were twin and the pillows were king. A roach was there to great me when I awoke.

They didn't want to give you towels or a wash cloth bc the maid did not put one in there. Beds was not clean there was blood or something on the pillowcase. Check in late had to be at work at 6am finally got a different room by 1am was back up by 5am.

First of all the blankets were stain and they had only thin blanket, only 1 towel and the tv was messed up.. no hot water to shower

I would not recommended, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the place seemed almost empty, which should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was even worse. It was dirty, with visible stains on the floor and surfaces, and to my horror, I found a cockroach. I couldn’t bring myself to stay in such unsanitary conditions, so I decided to leave immediately. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone – cleanliness and basic hygiene are fundamental, and this hotel failed on both fronts.

Me and my boyfriend had a 3 night stay here and well, it was good at first until we actually took into how the room looked. There were cobwebs on the corners of the room and we even had a scorpion in our room which is a first for me and my boyfriend. We ended up staying due to us not able to get our money back. We've stayed many times, though that time was definitely a changer for us, especially me since I have arachnophobia which I hate any type of arachnid.

The room was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable. The only problem I had was with the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. When showering the water was not draining quickly and filling the tub. The water was coming out of the shower head and the bottom spout. The toggle switch was stuck so it didn’t not work
