Room 103 smelled like mold, mildew or wet dog. Very unpleasant. Everything else was fine

Make sure to read everything about the hotel. I missed the part where it said it was pet friendly and the hotel and room reeked urine very heavy and of course strong pet odor. The rooms were worse and unfortunately my allergies acted up and I woke up with a very sore throat. Also, check-in is at 3 PM and we checked in at 3:30p but they said they didn’t have any rooms ready. To make matters worse, we pre-paid our room but Expedia sent an invalid virtual payment and the hotel said they had to charges us the current rate. After speaking with Expedia they called the hotel to fix the issue, but by this time it was past 4p. It was a major inconvenience for us as we had to be at an event at 5P. We ended up leaving the hotel after one night and had to book a different one. I would no recommend this hotel at all. Stay away.

The set up of the room was very nice. It was very clean and neat. Staff were friendly. I really liked the separation of the shower and toilet from the sink and mirror. It allows people to get ready at same time without being in each other's way and steaming up the mirror.

GSR and food bar was no problem and fine but the bedding in 1st room was awful the maids placed spotted sheets on top of even more stained and spotted bed mattress pad. The first thing that i do once i enter my room is check the bed linen all the way to the mattress so that i can let the CSr know if there are any problems. So in the 1st room both beds were awful and i got moved to another that was ok once i transfered the best of both beds onto 1 bed, i mamnged to live out my 2 nights stay. i have never had any problems at Hampton Inns, this was a 1st..

The place is beat up all types of shady characters there. Not sure what’s going on

Room was dirty sink was clogged door for bathroom was broke . Not clean at all for 250 a night . We stay in these all the time this one is not worth the money .

Teen friendly

Check in was easy and clerk at the desk was personable and kind! Was close to my event! Easy to get too and felt like a safe environment. Would have liked if the elevators had the key card access just for safety. There was loud thuds that I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from till I took a shower the next morning. The shower doors slam when you close them that it shakes the room

Nice place to stay. Wish they had a hot tub.
